Frustrating

The bed was confortable, the room was warm.

It was extremely dirty. The bathroom was covered in hair — in the toilet, on the sink, on the floor, and in the shower. The toilet had visible urine stains and the whole place was a complete mess. On top of that, the person in the room next door — who seemed to actually live there — had the TV blasting at a very high volume until around 2–3 a.m. To make matters worse, the main entrance door for guests was constantly left open and could not be locked, which made us feel very unsafe. We ended up leaving at 3 a.m. because we couldn’t use the bathroom, couldn’t sleep due to the noise, and were also afraid that someone could enter the house at any time.

There was no facility at all , very noisy inside and outside. Bathroom was dirty, no kitchen facilities as per list . Bedroom wasn’t bad but no hangers, bed sheets had stained. Duvet looks not impressed

Great place for short stay

Manager was polite, room was comfortable and warm. Bathroom and kitchen were spotless. Manager gave good advice about walking into city alone,

I had to ask manager to ask guest to turn down very loud music after midnight, he did immediately

Comfortable but security need’s addressing

Modern clean and bright. Very good value for money and location ideal for city Center

The owner said that he had given me details regarding access to the room. He hadn’t done this and I had to seek help from another resident. This slowed my access which wasn’t ideal when heading to concert. The front door to the property wasn’t locked at all and throughout the night. Not very safe as a single female resident. Whilst open ares were warm the room I stayed in was a little cooler.

great value for money, super clean, easy access to manchester v links

super clean, cheap, comfortable bed, bus stop around the corner made getting to central easy, free street parking with no issues. great value for money. owner also let us check in an hour early since we arrived earlier than expected. thank you!

- no shower gel, shampoo or hand soap. shower stuff wasn’t an issue for us as we had our own but not having hand soap wasn’t the best.
