Scam

This is a scam I was not let into the property and number does not work and I was stranded all weekend. I have not stayed at this property and need a refund immediately

Be careful with unfair fees!

Gorgeous and very comfortable flat

The hidden fees charged by the owner - I booked this flat based on it been a "dog friendly" one. Then, after booked with a non-refundable fee condition (mandatory by the owner), I discovered that I needed to pay extra fee to have my dog there. She said it is "dog friendly with applicable fee", something unfair in my opinion. Be careful before you book, you may be surprised by an unfair fee!

Not as nice as the photos

It’s next to a nice bar and on a decent bus route into Manchester.

The photos are somewhat misleading. I suspect they were taken some time ago when the flat was refurbished. It’s now looking tired and in need of painting and a few things fixing. We were given the wrong code for the door. We eventually managed to get in after a 15-minute phone call to someone who didn’t seem to know much about the place. It was all a bit disappointing, we were expecting better for the price.

Took a while for me to find the access code info - I was told i would be emailed the details, but they were sent as a message in Booking.com app instead. Some of the crockery and cutlery was a bit grubby, and we had to clean again

Location and size of property was great!

The pillows and mattress were uncomfortable. The shower was also dirty when I arrived, I had to give it a quick clean before using.

Cosy, comfy home from home while away.

My second stay here, and I'm sure it won't be the last. Lovely little apartment with everything you need for a wonderful stay, including a fabulous shower!

The only thing that let it down a little tis visit was that the handheld part of the shower wasn't working, the smallest quibble!

Good stay and good location

Spacious and comfortable. Dogs were happy as well. Kitchen was equipped for cooking for ourselves. The owners let us use the bin area for the dogs as it was well lit and secluded.

The water can flood out from the shower as it’s not really angled towards the drain enough, and the drain doesn’t drain fast. There isn’t a barrier on the floor to stop the water pooling out. It doesn’t happen much with the overhead shower, but with the hand held one you’ll have to shower against the wall to prevent water going towards the entrance bit and wetting the bathroom.

Nice location, well furnished, clean.

The roof is at an angle which makes it hard to navigate without knocking our heads. Lack of soap in the kitchen and bathroom.

Nice apartment shame about the cleaning.

The apartment is in a good location and is well decorated. It would have been perfect for our stay if it was cleaner.

The apartment wasn't cleaned properly. There was a thick layer of dust throughout and the kitchen was covered in oil and grime. There weren't enough glasses and cups for 4 people.

It was nice to have a home away from home when away working.

The property management company, especially Jess, was very responsive to any issues we had during our stay and I could not fault the customer service received. In general, the apartment was clean and comfortable. Parking was available on the road directly outside between the hours of 6pm and 8am which was perfect as I was out at work in the day. The key pads to open and lock doors worked well and we felt extremely safe and secure inside the property. The kitchen was well equipped, there is access to Netflix and Disney plus and the decoration was moderns and fresh looking.

The bedding appeared dirty on our arrival which was inconvenient as we’d travelled a long way. The management company explained the wrong one had been put on in error and were very apologetic and willing to sort the issue quickly and we could not fault their response to the issue.

thermostat location is is essential to point out in the amenities offered. The first night was very cold because not sure of where the thermostat was located. Otherwise the stay was uneventful

the apartment was really easy to get too and only a 10 minute train from Manchester city centre! Bed was really comfy and facilities were great!

The location was perfect for us, with access to multiple takeaway restaurants. The location was also a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station, making it easy to get to Manchester City Center when needed. I will definitely be coming to this accommodation when visiting Manchester.

Apartments were nice and clean

The rudeness of the host. The shower flooded the bathroom. We contacted the host to inform them and ask if they could sort the issue. We were met with instant rudeness. Basically informed our only option was to leave and find somewhere else to stay at 3.30pm. Wasn’t until I pointed out that all we asked for was help to clear up the flood and more towels that they told us we could stay. Once I contacted booking.com directly (who were amazing) we were issued with a refund for the last night. They also blamed us for the issue then denied that they had done so.

Exceptional

The location of this flat is perfect for public transport. It is right in the centre of Heaton Chapel so some nice bars, restaurants & takeaway's surround you too. We stayed during the winter but central heating kept us snug and warm. Nice clean contemporary apartment.

Nothing the flat was great and we had everything we needed. The only thing that surprised us was when we booked we based this on the pictures provided on Booking.com but there are two flats and the one we got was the loft flat. Also the hand held shower is broken but not a problem as the overhead worked very well.

Chill out in the chapel

Second visit and the property just offers everything you could want in a AirB&B .. Great places to eat within 30 seconds , wonderful craft ale bar within seconds Heaton Hops ..
