Sone guest came in frm India and they were so much like 4 in a room and inviting some other guys in the room frm outside, they were noisy and causing disturbances in the apartment. 2. The washing machine wasn’t working,

Bad

This is a con. This was advertised as an apartment only. It is a shared apartment with shared bathroom facilities. I was 16 weeks pregnant and asked to cancelled or be send elsewhere as I do not want to share a bathroom with a stranger whilst suffering morning sickness. Explained this to owner who denied me the full refund.

the property is very old and tired located on a very busy road in an undesirable part of greater Manchester when I arrived I found that there were no basic supplies like toilet roles? and was advised I had to buy my own. out of the 300+ hotels I’ve stayed in world wide it’s the first time every without toilet paper. There was no evidence of a cleaner during my stay and other guests also confirmed this. the house need refurbishing and for the room rent it’s definitely not value for money. Security is ok but the access key box outside the property is in shadow so you can’t dial in the combination easily in the dark. While I was there the bathroom sink had to be replaced which left no hygiene facilities in the upstairs bathroom for a couple of days. After it’s replacement it became blocked on the first use so we had another few hours of no hand washing facili th use. this property has two bathrooms to be shared by upto 6 adults and is not maintained by cleaner. I found myself mopping wet floors that were soiled by other guests. The property is situated next door to some sort of rehab centre for either drug addicts or alcoholics…. this has led to countless disturbances throughout the 14 night stay! this has left me feeling tired and stressed. I would if left immediately but I had paid in advance. The limited photos on the advert don’t reflect what your paying for. these comments have road certain extent been passed onto the owners via booking . com so it will not be a surprise to them so if your looking for a quiet place to sleep then swipe over and find a different place. I am very disappointed in general about my stay and will give it no star rating

It was a good place to stay for what we needed.

Location was great. Near an incredible Pakistani restaurant. Easy transit in the area as well

It was a bit dirty on arrival, the bathroom was out of toilet paper and the shower had a lot of hair in it and the drain was clogged. However the owners were prompt in resolving the clogged drain issue which was nice.
