Location and easy puplic services. A lot take away restaurants and smal off-Licenses shopping stations.
Noisy from some guests and power went off. Rooten food in the fridge, that need to be thrown away.

Good location close to the bustop
Sone guest came in frm India and they were so much like 4 in a room and inviting some other guys in the room frm outside, they were noisy and causing disturbances in the apartment. 2. The washing machine wasn’t working,
