Double Room - Town & University nearby, 24h Bus, Airport-linked

The host, Nala, was very kind and welcoming (and her owner José was equally lovely). Room was spacious and clean, location is a short walk from a bus into town, lockboxes for keys meant there was no issue coming back from town a little late, what more can you ask for?

Cheap and cheerful accommodation that suited my needs perfectly. On street parking was easy.

Nice simple homestay, friendly owner, by which I mean the cat, although the human was nice, too! :) Good quiet location, short hop into the city centre.

All good.

Great host, warm welcome, everything was explained really clearly re facilities and keys etc. Really comfortable large clean room and had a great sleep. Parking was no issue; good area in perfect location for my stay.

Nothing negative.

Bed was very comfy clean towels in the room for us aswell hosts were welcoming and nice

Sam is a friendly and helpful host. He gave me good advise for exploring the area. The house is clean, cozy and quiet. Check-in time can be arranged with Sam directly without a problem.

The location is a bit further away from downtown and it requires about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop to the house (Bus number 43 goes to town).

I have stayed in properties in many different countries but the property host in this accommodation was the rudest and most confrontational that I have ever experienced. A brief reason why.... I had travelled from Northern Ireland to stay one night at this property. I arrived at the property around 1pm, but check-in wasn't until 4pm (although I received notification from Booking.com that check-in was 3pm). Anyhow, I appreciated that I was early and rang the 'ring doorbell', no answer. I also tried to call the property and I sent this message to the property owner inside booking.com: hi, I'm a little early I know but just arrived from Ireland. is there any chance I can get access plse. I'm outside your property now. phil As I have a disbility I was sitting on a small recycling bin at the front of the property while I waited for any notification from the host. I was then confronted by a gentleman who immediately greeted me by saying "that's not a seat it's a bin, move off it!" I then explained that I had been up since 2am and, due to my disability, I needed to rest. I asked if I could have access to a communal area to rest, he kept saying that my room wasn't available because he was waiting for the cleaner. I explained again that I understood that and asked to rest in the communal area. He then became more confrontational and less co-operative. I then asked him "is this how you treat all of your guests?". His reply was disgraceful.... He replied "you're not a guest until 4pm" I then proceeded to try and book another room in a different property as I stated that I would not be staying there. He then said "don't worry I'll cancel the booking myself". 4 days later and I'm still waiting for any communication from the property owner and I have not received a refund or anything.

Was just what I needed / expected...a room for the night after attending a nearby event on the Sat and moving on early Sun morning. I didn't use the kitchen facilities
