The bed was comfy and the room had heating, although we are currently in a heatwave so didn't need it. Electric and free WiFi works really well. Nice hot shower. The hotel is a short enough walk to the AO Arena.
The bathroom smelled of urine and they didn't provide the basics like towels. The room could've done with a kettle and some tea and coffee sachets too. But can't complain for the price.

Great value for money!
The instructions on the check-in message were out of date and not entirely clear. It was only because I bumped into someone on their way out that I knew what to do. They need to update the instructions to include the correct floor number for the room and remove the section about the outside key because there is no outside key.

The bed was very comfortable and the location was good for transport links into the city centre.
The leak in the bathroom needs fixed and I could hear someone playing music until 2am.

Locatie was ideaal voor de bus vanuit Londen. Kamer niet meer dan verwacht maar was helemaal prima. Wifi en warm water waren allebei goed.
De badkamer was erg vies en ook het laken in de kamer had vlekken. De trapgang was ook niet schoon.
