Excellent value for money. Comfortable bed. The room was clean. The shower was decent. The location was good for where we needed to be. The WiFi was good and seemed to be reliable. We saw a staff member in the morning when we were leaving and they were very polite.

There was no bin in the room so we collected rubbish in a plastic bag instead, which was fine but a bin would be useful. We had specifically booked because the property said it was self-catered but there were no pots/pans/plates/cutlery/etc. to use so we were not able to make our own food and had to go out instead - not a massive issue but every place we have ever been to previously that said self-catered has always provided cooking equipment.

The price is fine. The place has 3 bathrooms and they were always clean. Our room was big, the bed was comfortable. It's easy to get to the city center by bus.

The surrounding area has few services, a lot of places that are closed. It's 25min walk far from the the tram if you need it, so be aware. The property has a rule for not using shoes because of the floor, but our room's floor was dirty already before we arrived.

How clean it was and really comfortable.

Location is fine. 20 min bus ride to piccadilly.

The room was not the one advertised in the picture. But the really bad thing was the smell inside. It was like a dead body has been in there and we had trouble sleeping. I can't possibly give more than 6. It's a room with a bed, but it requires deep cleaning. I mean DEEP cleaning.
