The price is fine.
The place has 3 bathrooms and they were always clean.
Our room was big, the bed was comfortable.
It's easy to get to the city center by bus.
The surrounding area has few services, a lot of places that are closed.
It's 25min walk far from the the tram if you need it, so be aware.
The property has a rule for not using shoes because of the floor, but our room's floor was dirty already before we arrived.

Big comfortable bed, good room for cheap price. There is an iron outside of the room. Easy to get to by bus from the center.
Dirty toilet, dirty carpet in the bathroom, the bathroom room needs to be cleaned better. There is no trash can in the room and there is no closet for things.

Logement très pratique niveau localisation, personnel cordial.
Strict minimum dans la chambre, pas de table de chevet, uniquement un lit (ressentis chambre vide). Chambre assez vide manque d’équipement, poubelle, lampe pour un minimum de confort etc
Séjour agréable dans l’ensemble pour le prix.
