Cozy room in a shared flat by Etihad and Coop Live Arena

The room was lovely clean and smelt fresh very nice. The only down fall is cooking facilities you have to eat takeaway as there is no cooking facilities but does have a kettle could do with a microwave and some cutlery but other than that it was fabulous. Car park was safe and secure. And walking distance to the national cycling centre where we was all weekend also walking distance to Asda and McDonald’s.

No milk for tea or coffee. Very drafty windows Very noisy roads. Could not get a good night's sleep.

Firstly, some reviews have spoken about the difficulties accessing the car parking and building. It's really not that difficult. The only issue I found was with the key pad as the key symbol isn't obvious. The location is excellent for the Etihad if you like to watch the blue half of Manchester and Co op live is so close we could see when our gate opened to the venue. There is a short walk to the tram stop with a direct link to the city centre. (Shared pictures) Communication with the owner was good, clear instructions and quick response. If we are in need of a place to stay we'll come back, if we're welcome!

Whilst the room itself is nice with clean bedding. The room and ensuite would benefit from a deep clean. We didn't feel the room was horrendous, it just needed a bit of TLC. The downfall would be a lack of lock on the bedroom, this has been mentioned in previous reviews. It felt a little unsafe leaving our belongings unattended. In addition, sleeping in a room without a lock was okay, but not for everyone.
