There were cockroaches in room 4 that kept climbing on us all night, despite our efforts to sweep and clean the room ourselves. We were unable to get the bedding changed; only one set was provided for the entire seven-day stay. We also contacted the property owner multiple times via message but received no response. The kitchen fridge was full of expired food, emitting an unpleasant smell, making it unsafe to store our own food and risking food poisoning.

A lovely stay with very comfortable rooms

Property in a nice area, the Charlestown hotel/pub around the corner is a lovely spot for a few drinks, the rooms were very clean and the residence owner was friendly and very accommodating.

One very small issue about my stay at this residence was the other guests staying, many were quite loud.

Please take my advice and do not book this property. There are no positives. The place was filthy, the bed smelt of sweat and feet and had definitely not been changed, the flush didn’t work for the toilet. When they gave us a new room, the room had bugs and the place was infested, bugs on the bed, dead bug stains on walls. We left the first night because the conditions were bad. The property owner was aggressive and swore at us on the phone when we tried to resolve the issue. The property owner is deliberately avoiding the customer service contacting them so they can avoid giving us a refund. We didn’t stay even one night and booked a different hotel. Take my advice and spend a bit more money to stay somewhere you won’t feel like your constantly itching due to bug bites, don’t sacrifice your health for a few quid savings Ps those pictures aren’t the worst of it, just wouldn’t allow me to include all of them

The facility was spacious with good parking but can be cleaner

The house is well situated in a safe residential place with ample parking space at all times. Access to the property was seamless and there were adhoc facility like a functional kitchen.

The room and beddings could have been cleaner. The drawers really needed some thorough cleaning and although there was insecticide, there was still some insects.

Ownet failed to provide check in details, spoken to on the phone and was told I would be sent them, switched his phone off and left 4 women stranded in Manchester at 1am in the rain, with zero options, with nowhere to stay, and no other hotels available at that time due to a concert, DO NOT BOOK

It was basically a three storey house with a lock on the door. We were meant to be in a studio, not a living room with a bed replacing a sofa. The noise from the rest of the house was terrible. People up and down the stairs to the kitchen. I could go on and on I can't believe people have rated this place 10

There was no hot water and shower head didn’t fit the holder, Maybe get an extension lead for room 3 so people can plug there gadgets in if they need to!

Está bien ubicado y la habitación que elegimos tenía baño privado y eso era importante para nosotros. La casa tienes más espacios compartidos como cocina del todo equipada. Sobre todo la comunicación y la disponibilidad del personal nos ha gustado mucho, muy atentos.

Sin embargo, no nos gustó para nada la limpieza. Nada más llegar, encontramos basura en nuestro baño y tanto sábanas como toallas estaban manchadas. Y sobre todo había muchos insectos en en el baño (pequeñas cucarachas). Poco limpio en general.

Nous n'avons pas eu la chambre que nous devions avoir car elle est était occupée. On nous en a donné une autre mais qui n'était pas prête quand nous sommes entrées (lits non fait, poubelles non vidées, jus de fruits pourris...), la personne est venue préparer la chambre et nous l'avons finalement eu 1h plus tard (nous avons pu rentrer dans notre chambre vers 17h au lieu de 14h) et il y avait toujours des serviettes sales dans le placard, les poignées des tiroirs de la commode ne tenaient pas, les tiroirs étaient extrêmement sales. La chambre devait faire 26m² elle n'en faisait que 16 ou 17. Il était indiqué équipement en chambre "fer à repasser, produits ménagers, vin ou champagne, lave linge, ventilateur", il n'y avait rien de tout cela, il était également indiqué baignoire et douche à l'italienne et il n'y avait qu'une douche avec bac à douche classique de 80x80 maximum. La cuisine commune était envahie de cafards !!! le locataire présent a coupé l'eau chaude pendant que ma fille prenait sa douche ! un festival !!! Lorsque j'ai pris contact avec le loueur, il m'a indiqué qu'il n'était pas responsable de ce qui était indiqué sur booking, qu'il n'avait jamais indiqué de dimension pour la chambre ni parlé de champagne et que les cafards étaient dû à l'autre locataire présent, donc pas de sa responsabilité. J'ai essayé de trouver un terrain d'entente mais après envoie des photos pour preuve, plus aucun contact. Je tiens toutes ces informations y compris toutes les photos pour preuve à qui souhaite les voir.
