Lovley property, we would definitely consider staying again.

Great location with tram station and shop close by. Quiet residential area and neighbours were lovely. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Was perfect for a weekend away. Hosts were super nice, accommodating and responsive.

Some basic maintenance was needed but nothing that caused us major issues.

Had everything we needed for a comfortable 4 night stay. Very clean on arrival. Off road parking was fantastic. Location for travel to city centre, etc is great. As in previous reviews, floor boards upstairs are very squeeky. However, it was no issue for my family and I, and not that much of an issue to class it as a negative.

Good but extra charge taken without permission.

The house was nice and clean and had everything that we needed.

It was a bit noisy (creaky floorboards, heard the neighbours at night). The road was narrow and it was difficult to get the car into and out of the driveway. I am not satisfied with the fact the remote control was damaged from the bottom when I arrived but they have taken £50 (without permission) from my account saying i have damaged it. Firstly I shouldnt be charged, the remote was working perfectly fine just the casing at the bottom was damaged and even if I was to be charged the remote control costs roughly £8 on amazon!! I checked the model number and its the exact same one so im not happy with being charged £50. I have requested a refund through booking.com.

Easy to find, instructions for the door code and how to work it were good 👍 very clean and comfortable with all the facilities we would need. Would happily stay here again!

Very clean and homely place, beds were comfy and had all the amenities you can ask for, fast WiFi too, check in and out are made very simple and the host is very active with their communication, will definitely stay here again in future

Home away from home

We had a great stay at this apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family of five (my husband, our three kids, and me). The location is excellent, convenient and easy to get around. We especially appreciated the separate WC downstairs, which was really handy with the kids. The apartment felt very secure, and the host was responsive and helpful whenever we reached out. Overall, a very enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend!

When we arrived, two of the beds hadn’t been changed and there was some hair left behind, which was disappointing at first. However, I contacted the owner right away, and the cleaner came within the hour to change the sheets. The quick response and resolution made a big difference, so we really have no complaints in the end.

On the eve of my arrival, they have cancelled my reservation. They said it was due to problems with the previous guest…after a whole week, reimbursement has not been processed yet…

Very clean found shops are local ideal quiet place to stay was a lovely stay we liked that much we are planning on booking again also of living here i would recommend cafe11 for food too also very good and near by. Thank you for our lovely stay. I would recommend this to friends & family

Clean, Spacious and Pet-Friendly Home

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It offered private parking, which gave us peace of mind about our vehicle. The house itself was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. We were travelling with our dog, so the secure garden was a huge plus for us. Overall, it’s a great place for a family stay — comfortable, convenient, and pet-friendly.

The only downside was that the property is situated between two neighbours, and we could occasionally hear doors being slammed during the night. This isn’t a reflection on the property itself, just something to be aware of as the walls seem a little thin. It didn’t ruin our stay, but it’s worth noting for light sleepers.

Good location & facilities. Tea and coffee available in kitchen. Off street parking. Huge Comfy sofa & big tv with streaming services included. House was clean and tidy with plenty of space for family of 4.

House is quite noisy with squeaky floorboards and door hinges upstairs. Shower screen leaked water over bathroom floor. Mattress in main bedroom quite uncomfortable. No tea towel in kitchen. Decor & carpets could do with an update.

Overall, the property is nice, located in a quiet area. Space for parking available for 1 car on off-road drive. One thing to note about the upstairs floor is that they are a bit creaky. The house was well furnished and we enjoyed our time there. Customer service was very professional, and I received quick responses.

Nice stay just needs work excellent value

The price and the facilities were excellent with a full kitchen with all accessories

The property has a few problems the bathroom could do with been refurbished as it leaks a lot due to bodged installation and sealing this has caused it to leak downstairs And the floors and incredibly squeaky so it wakes other people on the other rooms when walking round

Perfect for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids visiting for a family wedding. Easy to find, quiet area and plenty of space inside. Nice garden to sit out in.

The house is lovely. Downstairs is modern with everything you need to enjoy. The kitchen was well stocked. There is private parking at the door to leave the car.

It's beyond my expectations. We really enjoy our stay in Manchester. The apartment is so homey, Really fall in love with the green garden and entrance apartment that is so welcoming. Complete kitchen appliances that make my task as a mother in preparing meals for my small family even easier. Parking in front of the doorstep is really superb. Easy for families with few luggage to load. Convenient neighborhood. Morning brisk walk is so wonderful.

Pleasant

Reasonable price. Convenient location: close to supermarket and city center. Private parking, right at the door. that theres a hoover and mop in the apartment. Toilets are clean (even thou there are water stains at the ceiling in the living room downstairs.) The washer/dryer is clean too. Love the USB chargers everywhere in the house, it is super thoughtful.

The sofa is full of obvious stains and has torn upholstery. The creaky floor upstairs is terrible: it woke up everyone at night when one of us woke up for toilet. The two double beds are not comfortable and too small for two adults. The heating is too hot, but we couldnt open the windows because of the rain during our stay. It would be great if theres a fan in the apartment. Just like other travelers said, the photos need to be updated.

It's very nice, but needs some improvements

Liked that it was a reasonable price Spacious downstairs and spacious bedrooms, even the single room was an ok size. The upstairs bathroom was very clean, and the downstairs toilet was clean, but some improvement was needed. The kitchen was clean, except for some utensils. The communication from the vendor was excellent and responded quickly to requests and concerns, which I will include in my 'didn't like'. Powerful shower but risk of spraying the floor. Had a washing machine. It is a very nice accommodation but needs some improvements. It could be amazing if improvements are made. Close to Tesco Supermarket about 2/3 minute drive. 5/10 min walk. About 10 miles from The Trafford Centre About 5 miles from Fort Manchester Shopping Retail Park with some decent shops and restaurants. The property has a drive to park one car.

Photos need updating as shows gas cooker when it is electric. Furnishings aren't as clean as photo shows. Needs a deep clean, which the vendor has assured will be done. The floor in the main bedroom creaked terribly and could hear every movement upstairs & downstairs. Walls are thin, so we could hear each other beds creaking in bedrooms 2 & 3. Son felt the single bed mattress was too soft as he felt would fall off when turned over. Some utensils were left unclean, I informed the vendor who reasured the cleaner would be updated and spoken too. The radiators are super hot and have no safety signs. There are no instructions on how to use the facilities ie the Washing Machine, Cooker, heating, tv, etc Cob webs in downstairs toilet above the door.. The road is very, very narrow, so it can be difficult to park on the drive if cars are parked on the road opposite.
