Excellent stay for families with a car!

This place is perfect for those traveling by car. It was very comfortable for the four of us, and the rooms were clean and quiet. They provided coffee, tea, and a simple breakfast in the fridge that was easy to heat up and serve—very convenient! The apartment is well-equipped with everything we needed. Mike was incredibly responsive, offering plenty of helpful information and even assisting us with booking an airport taxi. If we visit Manchester again, we would definitely choose to stay here!

Fantastic apartment-style accommodation with all of the extra comforts that you dont get at a hotel.

All of the added extras were a great bonus to our stay and was walking distance to at least two different sets of shops, pubs and restaurants.

A real gem! Just book it!!

As most of the reviews say this is an excellent apartment. It’s like walking into a show home with everything you could want to hand. We opened the door to a lovely heated space which was most welcome on a chilly night. Everything is well appointed with comfy beds, power shower, fully fitted kitchen and even a laundry. Room. Without hesitation we would recommend and will rebook if local again. It was a real home from home and a credit to the owners who also provided excellent communication.

This not a dislike but more just general information. To access the garden flat you have to walk down the side of the house, which is sloped, to access the rear garden and then there are a number of steps before you get to the entrance. Our active 87 year old mother managed this but I would have had some concern if it was icy. From previous reviews I think the owner is accommodating in bringing cases to your room through the main house if necessary. I would suggest contacting the owners if you have significant mobility issues. We loved it, don’t hesitate just book it and you won’t be disappointed!

Relaxing short stay with just about everything a person might need while away from home

Clean, modern and has just about everything you might need during a short stay. As well as providing basic breakfast items, there are also plentiful supplies in the bathroom including cotton pads and wipes and little useful things like that. Every room has a smart tv. We bumped into the owners and they were incredibly welcoming but otherwise unobtrusive, which is ideal :)

For us we found the sofa uncomfortable to relax on, even with the wide variety of cushions provided.

Would’ve stayed longer if we could’ve as a beautiful apartment in a great location.

Very comfortable and homely, with everything you could need. Perfect location, very quiet.

There was a mould patch in the one bedroom which caused a slight smell and the place could do with a sweep of the cobwebs, but these are small criticisms and didn’t affect our stay.

Amazing!!!! Child friendly, wish we could have stayed longer.

Wowww, this is the best booking I’ve made to date! Everything you possibly need is in the property. We had a party of 6 staying 3 adults and 3 kids, the kids absolutely loved it, from kids games they could play with, high chairs and cots with toiletries provided including spare nappies incase you forgot. I was blown away with the facilities and were able to have a home from home before we flew to the airport the following day. Property was clean, comfortable, warm and a wide range of breakfast options.

Great apartment!

Really well appointed apartment, very modern fittings, beautiful garden and lovely places to sit outside. Very well stocked kitchen and bathroom, with all the bits you need/have forgotten. In a nice quiet street/location. Recommended!!

Extremely well-furnished and modern apartment with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space was bright, clean, and thoughtfully equipped. The layout was great for a short family stopover, and the location is very convenient to both the airport and city.

Just a very minor point- The main entrance is from the back of the property, about 150–200 yards walk from the parking. The host was kind enough to drop our bags through the front via their own home, which was much appreciated. However, returning later with luggage involved a slight uphill walk, which could be a bit tricky with heavy bags.

The perfect garden apartment!

The apartment is a self-contained unit, built and finished to an excellent standard. It was impeccably clean and had every amenity we could have needed. Each room featured a flat-screen TV with a full selection of channels, and there was also a great selection of board and card games. The kitchen was fully equipped for all our needs. Mike was a wonderfully helpful host. It was a shame we only had one night to enjoy this fantastic place. Great base for a weekend in & around Manchester.

The attention to detail to make our stay extra special really set this accommodation apart from others. Really comfortable beds and lovely space for what we needed. Mike was really helpful in terms of helping us with our trip, advice on local transport and places to visit really helped.

A perfect stay with everything you need!

This place was fantastic. It had everything anyone could ever need for a comfortable stay. Very nice and cosy. Very modern and tidy. Plenty of breakfast options with tea, coffee, milk, juice all provided. Easy check-in process with a code provided and a parking space. Best pillow I’ve ever slept on. So comfortable. It’s a shame we only had 1 night.

Excellent location, comfort and host. There was every home comfort with lots of thoughtful details and great outdoor space.

Sadly the wifi was out and it was a bit noisy with TV sound and foot steps from house above when trying to get to sleep.

Words alone can't describe the Garding Apartment, it's so relaxing so clean so nice my kids enjoy every bit of their stay at one point they choose to stay at the Home he even provide toys for the kids to play with, the apartment is so modern TV's in all the rooms we really enjoyed our time thank you Mike the owner Mike was so nice to us he helped us so many times when we were struggling Thank you again Mike you a blessing to the beautiful world. I will definitely give the apartment 10/10 We have created memories I will be coming back soon enough mate

everything about the property was amazing. from the onset of booking, right to departure everything was amazing!! Mike was so easy to deal with and he had organised a Bolt for our departure so we didn’t have to worry about anything. The beds are so comfortable and the apartment is so so homely. The location is great, everything within walking distance. I can’t rate this property high enough
