Very good value for money.

The shops were within walking distance (Tesco, Subway, KFC, Aldi, etc.). There was a bus stop in front of the house, if we wanted to go to the city. The house was well equipped, there was extra of everything if we ran out. We had a great time during our three days there. The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed for our few days. If we were to visit Manchester in the future, we would definitely book this accommodation again.

We were a little concerned that the area might not be safe. The instructions on the back doors, which said both doors should be locked and kept locked at all times during the day, suggested that there might be some problems. But in the end there were no problems, the area was calm and quiet, even though we spent the second half of the week there.

Comfort and peace, home away from home

The property was very neat and had all we needed to be comfortable and be at home - excellent wifi, kitchen and cooking utensils accessibility to many shops and bus service. Great for a family and suitable for all ages and tastes.

A home away from home

The house was warm and inviting. It was indeed a home away from home. My entire family enjoyed their time together and if they wanted were we'll entertained in their rooms. The Wi-Fi connection was on point, and never dropped. We came from different parts of the world for a wedding and were still able to get work done because of the excellent WiFi. For a property so close to the main road, it was pretty peaceful.

Good location, easy contact with the owner, clean place with all the amenities, ideal for groups

Had to pay £90 extra for a cleaning deposit. It was refunded but still had to pay extra 45 euros as it was an international transaction, and I won't get this money back. Owner should check this out since I believe many clients don't have UK bank accounts

Great location to get into the city. All you need for your stay.

Few rough edges, but nothing too bad. Need to put a sign on the upstairs toile, explaining about the drop as it caught all of us out.

Very clean and tidy well equipped could easily sleeps up to ten, 4 double beds and sofa bed in lounge area, beds comfy nice touch with fans although we didn't use them but would be good in hot spell ... 2 toilets 2 showers and a bath so ideal for large family group ..good communication easy quick access via key safe

not happy about the extortionate 90 cleaning cost that was automatically added and take from account the cost shown when booking should include this and not be added on when payment is taken ... all costs should be shown... just being picky but some attention needed to decor patchy painting and not enough cereal bowls but dod not effect stay

it was a short bus ride to center of Manchester. Three busses available to get to Piccadilly Gardens (or Piccadilly Train Station the stop before.)Tesco grocery store and Gorton Market and post office and several small specialty grocery stores all within walking distance.

It lacked some items. There was no information available on services available in the area. The back garden was unusable until I spent several hours cleaning it up. There were no garden chairs. We had to buy clothes pegs to be able to hang clothes on line. There was a table and 6 chairs in living room but it could not be used where it was located. No more than 5 people could comfortably stay there.

Absolutely lovely, the owner was helpful and friendly, the beds were comfy and it had everything we needed for a weekend

House was everything it described, was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was perfect for what we needed. It’s a shame we didn’t need to spend more time in the property as it was lovely.

Absolutely 100% not the hosts fault, but one of the houses neighbours had an alarm going off, loudly and repeatedly every few seconds for the whole weekend.

Large rooms, comfortable beds

Make certain that you contact the host for any defect whatsoever on arrival, we arrived to find a large hole in the living room wall, assumed it was known about and have lost our deposit as the host thought we had caused it. Two nights extremely disturbed due to police and crowds outside the house.
