couldn’t stay, very dodgy

NOTHING

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. The property owner cancelled our stay with less than 24 hours notice via phone, stating a family member had died, they didn’t cancel on booking.com which would have just initiated a refund, I had to call booking.com who could then not get hold of the property. I called the property the morning of our supposed stay and a different person answered the phone, they told me to cancel the property on my end, which the apartment was not free cancellation. I told them they need to do it on their end, this was not done yet again and I had to phone booking.com customer services again, they didn’t answer the phone to them yet again and only initiated my refund once they just couldn’t get in touch with the property. A lot of things seem very dodgy about this property as other reviews show, I don’t think they should be allowed on the platform when several people have had the same issues.

Everything, Booking.com contacted them and I personally contacted them and received no contact back at all. As ANOTHER user pointed out they add a "Damage deposit" after youve booked and claim its always been there. Its an absolute scam AVOID

No access granted. Waited out in the cold then booked another place.

I was unable to access the building and had to request a refund. Disastrous night and had to pay more for another place to stay. Needless to say I won't be booking this apartment again.

Very disappointed

She rang us 45 minutes before we were meant to check in to say there’s plumbing issues in the property so we can’t go but she’s got another house for us! This felt quite weird. The other property was very run down and dirty and the carpet was coming apart on the stairs which was very dangerous especially for me as a disabled guest.

Scam and fraud even double pay ridiculous

It’s a scam staff ask more money on arrival if you cannot arrange it no chance you can stay it’s a real fraud.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

The worst place I’ve ever stayed in!!

Dirty and disgusting. We were expected to stay on the dirty and stained mattress. No communication from the property after I’ve sent them the pictures of the mattress. Booking.com did not help either (!!!) saying the owners refuse any compensation. I doubt anyone from booking.com would put their head down on that mattress and sleep. Massive let down for a customer of more than 10 years.
