Everything was terrible, the place is too bad, the heaters wasn't on when we came and we had to wait to two hours to get warm, the beds was like stones, the furniture was going to crack, the bath was broken and you have to rise the hose to shower, the stairs are like a hill to climb

The property was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay and the location was perfect. Shops and supermarkets were nearby. There was a park a few steps away from the property which the kids enjoyed alot. The host was very co operative

We had a great stay! The house was very clean and everything worked perfectly. It’s in a quiet area with a lovely park nearby for the kids to play. Parking was easy, and there are plenty of shops within walking distance, including Morrisons, Lidl, and a few convenience stores. We’d happily stay here again!

A great stay for us and perfect for our intended need for attending events.

Location was convenient for our stay property had all equipment available for cooking if needed all you need is ingredients but the city centre had plenty of food to eat out. Property had plenty of beds within a mix of single and doubles.

Excellent for what we needed.

The beds were very comfortable. The use of facilities eg job and fridge were great. Plenty of parking and close to local amenities. The TV has access to Netflix/Amazon etc A perfect fit for our group.

The shower could do with an upgrade. Extra forks and bigger towels. The door needs to be self locking.

Excellent weekend

Had everything we needed and brilliant location, not too central but close enough for a cheap uber, would return definitely. Owner dropped off an iron quickly on request as the one there had been taken, and late checkout was requested & given with no issues.

Location is okay, close to the city and easy access to connect any place either by bus or train. The rooms were spacious with enough beds. Shopping areas are very close and there is a shop by the corner under 1 minute walk You could cook and do laundry which made it homely. Easy access to the owner of the place.

This is not to downgrade but to give room for improvement The back door is not properly airtight. Snugs came in the first few days we were there. Had to secure the door to avoid snugs and too much air coming in. No cleaning while we were there. Lack of some kitchen equipments, no tissue for kitchen and toilet,no hand wash soap in the toilet and the electric kettle is leaking.

Great place to stay when visiting Manchester

Place was clean and tidy, host was really friendly and comfy beds. Was really easy to get in and out of Manchester for the gig we were seeing.

Our check in was delayed by an hour when we were almost at the property. However this was due to the group before us leaving the place a mess. More notice would've been appreciated.

be careful. day before we came the owners said we had to pay them £250 security deposit to them. which wasn’t stated anywhere when booking. then to be accused of leaving makeup on everything. when asked to send photos of proof and a few messages asking for the money after ignoring us they eventually send it back
