We liked the living room and being able to eat together at the table

The heating was difficult to use and didn’t work in one bedroom, bathroom sink was very blocked, the walls felt a bit weird

We had a great stay! We stayed after the Oasis gig at Heaton Park and didn't realise how close to the park the house was! Managed to walk back after the gig. Lovely, big house with plenty of space and beds for a large group. Plenty of space for parking, too. Great communication with Aaron before and throughout our stay, too.

The house is close to town, convinient enough easpecially for those going on a night out. The taxi's to town will be cheaper to and from. The facilities within the house are of a good standard.

The instructions and messages from host were friendly and informative. We were really underwhelmed with the property. It was a bit grubby and had a strange smell. The bedrooms were all a good size but the lounge area, bathroom & kitchen are too small for such large occupancy property. The oven was just not suitable and not enough seats for the 9 of us. Small changes could've made a big difference to our experience, for example: at least 1 extra shelf in the oven, an air fryer, a dishwasher, even a shelf in the bathroom. But I would suggest starting with finishing off paint jobs on the walls, mold removal spray in the bathroom and the bedrooms and extra pillows. The front downstairs bedroom was freezing cold and didn't get warm even with heating on. Sorry to leave this negative review but I feel that this is not a suitable property for more than 5 people and no children in its current condition.

We loved the location, size of house, facilities. Everyone was very comfortable and warm. Free parking was very handy as we had a car. Hosts were excellent at communicating and check in was seamless.

As there was so many of us, one bathroom was a challenge but we managed. The location was very good and we felt safe but there was rubbish everywhere on the streets which is such a pity because it is a very pretty area.
