The size of the room and the location
The main bed was very uncomfortable and the washing machine leaked, having to go to a separate shop to pick up the keys while there was a person always on the reception seemed unusual.

Location is nice, great view and good connections to public transport
Towels were still damp, no soap in the bathrooms. beds are very narrow and the pictures didn’t match the apartment, the listing on booking.com is quite unclear on that.
