Spectacular views. Sleek, modern flat, great bed, great value!

The views were amazing, the bed so big and comfortable, the flat honey, affordable, easy enough to find and the tv came with Netflix!

It would be nice if there was some milk, honey, jam, that kind of thing in the cupboards and a pairing knive so you could cook in a little more. There was also some suspicious stains on the bed throw on arrival which weren’t the nicest thing to see.

Nice in the summer I imagine.

Easy to find. Apartment very clean, no noise from other apartments, great views and very good location.

Broken en suite window that kept coming open during high winds, had to move to other bedroom. Apartment heating had not been on. Freezing outside and still had to sit with a jacket on for the first 2 days of the stay. By the time I left on the 3rd day I would say it was just up to an acceptable heat to sit in the lounge/kitchen.

Very convenient for anywhere in Media City and The Lowry. Old Trafford is approximately 15-20 minutes walk.Tram stop a few minutes walk for easy access into Manchester City centre. Very clean and tidy apartment.

Nice flat but no hot water and poor communication when any issue occurred

this was the second time staying in the apartment, it is great, very handy and comfortable.

There was absolutely no hot water as it had been switched off so i couldn't have a shower in the morning when i messaged the host I was completely ignored. also when i requested and invoice I was ignored.

Top of the town

Great space and facilities, great view from the 25th floor, great location right next to Harbour City tram stop and lots of restaurants just a short stroll in Media City.

Nothing really. Be aware that most of the residents are students, upper floor is rentals. But all fine.

Parking issues and poor check in experience spolied the stay. Good eatin places nearby

Good location, Nice views

Check in experience (waited 30 minutes in the cold), three phone calls later someone came. Check in is over 1km from accommodation. Parking offered, which entailed writing sign in car, and planned our stay on this basis then. The owner withdrew the offer and gave us 90 minutes to move our car. Owner asked us not to use reception but walk in through garage - felt like we weren’t allowed to be there despite spending so much.

There was no welcome book,no torch,very confusing instructions to get into the building, pat testing not up to date, appliance service not up to date, un expected additional charges, extraction fans not working, and no reception desk service as promised.

From the start, the apartment was cold, no instructions on how to heat the water. No milk for a cup of tea. Really hard to read the wifi code, may I suggest that it is put on a welcome pack. Filled the bath but water was full of black hairs from the plug. Went for a shower, had to stop it as the shower wouldn't drain, photos to prove. Hob had a crack in it, don't even know if it was safe to use. Floors could have been cleaner. Bed throw had white crusty something on it, not a good look. We wouldn't use these facilities again.

An ideal apartment for our needs and was ideally located

The location of the property, for us, proved to be perfect. The apartment had everything that was needed, though the kitchen was only really suitable for making snacks/breakfast.

If you use the parking at the basement of the building, you have to take the car out of the car park before you hand the keys over. This wasn't explained on the leaving details and could have caused us a major problem.

Comfortable stay

The whole apartment was very clean, the cleaning staff definitely do their job properly. nice cozy vibe with a beautiful view and felt safe. Liked the fact there was heaters in the bedroom and living room (would be even cozier if there was a TV in the bedroom) host was very quick with replies

The blinds in the living room was awkward to roll up, the shower pressure dropped but was fine after a while, the lights could be brighter in the living room and bedroom over all very happy with the stay would here again for sure

I liked leaving the apartment.

1. the photos didn't match the property. The photos show beautiful apartments with beautiful furniture, this apartment was very basic. 2. The Description led me to believe it was like a apartment-hotel as it mentioned there was a front desk til 9pm etc. But it's not, it's private. 3. I drove 5 hours and wasn't worried about check-in as the description said I could check in until 9pm, bu that wasn't the case I needed to go to a separate business, at a separate building a 5 min drive away to collect the keys. 4. the description mentioned I could pay $15 for parking, but the parking key wasn't available and I had to wait 10 mins. Then i was told I needed to write a note and put it on the car saying "Don't give me a parking ticket, because I'm related to Mr X's apartment". 5. On the lifts, there is a sign that says "Short stay rentals are not allowed and guests will be refused entry" 6. I asked for the sofa bed to be made up and it wasn't. So, when I went to make the bed myself, the duvet cover was dirty, so we couldn't use it and my daughter was cold and didn't sleep properly. 7. I booked and paid for the apartment through Booking.com, although when I was driving, I missed a message from the guy and he wouldn't confirm the apartment until I'd completed the check-in form. As i thought there was a front desk, I was surprised that I had to pull over to complete the check-in form for our booking to be confirmed. All in all - way too much hassle. If it was a cheap apartment, then I understand needing to jump through a few hoops, but you are paying good money for a very unprofessional service and a substandard apartment.

Near to Lowry theatre

When I booked I asked for parking. This tower block was in a dodgy area and we were expected to park our brand new car on a deserted street. We didn’t stay but drove home to Yorkshire instead

too difficult to get to it because trobles and delays on check in the key was so far away and difficult to find when youare travelling with suitcases.it was kind of rate that thre property was not agreed with hosting rental appt

The location was hard to find the wrong post code the pick up with the key was not as straightforward as could have been ,the place has a sign up saying it is not to be used as an air b&b and if suspected you will be refused entry we were told there would be car parking at the venue only to find it was a shared parking and was not available so had to find a space on a very busy area for carparking 7

The location was good and close to the Quays and the Lowry Centre.

We were late being told about possibility of early check in and reduced fee for parking so were not able to use either of these. The microwave did not work, the fridge had been set too high so everything froze and the toilet seat in one of the bathrooms was broken. There was just a lack of attention to detail for a property charging that price eg no wine glasses, glasses didn't match.

I had a wonderful time at the facility and my family loved it there. Would be a repeat visitor.

The location was unique and being on the 25th floor allows you to see the city. Also the facilities was neat, the manager was polite, professional and helpful. When the microwave had issues, a new one was brought in as promised. When we had issue leaving on the last day, it was sorted out professionally without necessarily reading me the contract.

The key collection process could be made seamless. Going to another location to get a key and then heading to another location is a little bit tacky. That was the only issue but it was managed well.

Oh the hassle of paying a 200 quid deposit for 1 night and the agent repeatedly phoning me while I'm trying to drive there. Picking up keys from a dodgy (but nice) bloke in a different hotel and lugging cases across the bridge to find the apartment. The apartment block has signs everywhere saying no sub letting.

Trendy and great location

Great location, and clean, trendy, comfortable apartment. Amazing view, and comfy bed

Had to wait 30 mins beyond my check in time for the keys, in a location where there was nobody on the desk. I called the number and it took 20 minutes to speak to somebody. All in all, a 40 minute wait just to enter the apartment (but everything seems to take a long time in Salford Quays)! Apart from this everything was lovely!

Great appartment, staff not too helpful.

Great location, well equipped and nice view from the appartment

Staff did not reply to any contact on the lead up to the stay despite reaching out 3 times over a month period and some steps were confusing so caused a bit of stress, was only replied to on the day of the trip 4 hours before check in so I was already well on my way before any real confirmation was given. Everything was simple after arrival and contact was made, but this aspect really needs to be worked on.
