Perfect apartment (from my point of view) for a short stay in the Media City

Lovely apartment in a very convenient location for Media City and Old Trafford, very spacious with everything you need, whether a one night stop or there for a few days. Yes the beds are quite firm but I like that so wasn't a problem, if you hate a firm bed this isn't the place for you. There's a Sainsburys as part of the ground floor of the building, so if you were there for a few days there would be no issue getting supplies in. Tea, coffee and sugar all supplied (get your own milk though). Chris was very attentive, met us on time and responded very quickly to all messages.

There's a sign on the building saying no Airbnb's or short lets, this left us a little apprehensive as to whether we should be there or not, everything was fine during our stay though.

Good location for theatre

Great location only 6-7 minutes walk from The Lowry. Spacious apartment

Phone number advertised on the listing is incorrect one and always went to answerphone. Really uncomfortable bed. Rock hard. No parking space. Walked about 10-12 minutes for nearest multi story. No views of quay

Nice once in property just not great for disability access

Pleasant, convenient, but not quite what we were expecting.

It was comfortable, spacious, quiet, clean, and close to the tram stop. The host (Chris) was pleasant. Reasonably good value for money.

It was a little confusing obtaining access to the property on arrival. We were expecting a view over the water (the quays), and so the photos seemed a little misleading. Disappointed with the view from the apartment. Took a while to get hot water for the shower in the morning.

Perfect location for Old Trafford, Media City and a tram ride from the Etihad.

The apartment was really clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of utensils and pots and lots of clean towels. Location is amazing! Right on the tram line so you can go anywhere you need to. And there is a Sainsbury’s local right underneath the apartment.

Great location for us to get to AO Arena by taxi but could have used the tram directly outside

Chris was a great host met us and showed us around the apartment and then at the end Bonus of letting us use his parking spot by his apartment over the road for the time we were in Manchester as we weren’t using it Came and met us and helped us back to it when we left Great clean and comfortable apartment Mostly had everything we needed in the kitchen

shower in en-suite a little tight as can’t move the shower head but still powerful Fog - didn’t see anything high up as fog the whole time we were there 😬

Would stay again!

View from apartment was fantastic! Great location right at the docks, super easy to get into town, easy to get to from the train station by an uber. Beds were comfortable, place was clean, smart TV was great!

Sofa was uncomfortable in the corner, walk in shower wasn't working but shower in the bath was great.

Nice apartment and location, just a shame about the issue we had with the faulty smoke detector.

Great location for what we needed. Although we had quite a big issue at the property, the owner did keep in touch to let us know what was happening.

The specific address wasn't given before we arrived, so we didn't even know which tower block we were supposed to be in. However, when we called the owner, she explained and came to the property to deliver the keys. When we got into the apartment, the smoke detector in one of the bedrooms was faulty and beeping loudly. The owner thought this was an alarm that would go off after a few minutes, but obviously it didn't. Over the course of the day and night, while we were out doing the things we had gone to do, we had to maintain contact with the owner to ensure the problem was going to be fixed before we needed to sleep. It was eventually fixed at 9.20 p.m. Also, the wifi password, which was written in a cupboard, did not work.
