Terrible. Dirty and needs serious upgrades. Take photos on arrival for your records.

Nothing. Horrific.

We arrived and unable to gain entry. Took an hour for someone to get to us. In January, very cold weather and no heating on in the apartment and windows wide open. Poor state of repair, damaged worktops, washing still in the washing machine from previous guest, dirty and mouldy bathrooms, radiators not fitted to walls correctly, broken chair outside…I could go on. This was a last minute booking. However, that excuses nothing. It was not habitable at all.

Great location

Very poor directions, no name of building given. Could not understand where to collect the key from. We were directed to a corner shop to collect the key!! The flat is in a great location to the quays. Flat could do with a deep clean. Take your own towels as only 1 was available. Washing machine still full of somebody’s washing.

Poor cleanliness of the apartment, no toilet roll, only 2 towels when there were 3 guests, and noise levels signs when the the noise from other apartments was horrendous, dirty towels and jackets left in the cleaning cupboard and fridge was switched off

The apartment is in a good location

The facilities were poor; no hot water, front door was unlocked upon arrival, damaged chair on balcony, TV not working, no batteries in remote, no wifi, towels in washing machine. I have emailed and messaged the host and not received a reply

Very basic. Very difficult to find car parking space. Very noisy environment, loud music, shouting outside. TV didn’t work due to no WIFI. Some lighting didn’t work.

Clean and basic apartment. Value for money

Was a good location. 10minute tram ride or taxi ride away from piccadilly. Was clean and the owner was quick with replies to our queries.

There was only 2 bath towels and there was 4 of us staying but luckily, we had brought our own. no tea towels for the kitchen area but these didn't present a problem to us as we just used the apartment for sleeping and getting changed

Property needs Property dirty needs fumigating

On arrival the secure car park was open & the access door to the apartments was open so no need for key access codes. We were greeted on the 1st floor by small flies from dirty building. We accessed the apartment & the whole place was fumigated with small flies everywhere. We purchased fly spray but there was so many we were both itching so tried to get a refund immediately but they said they would only refund 1 out of the 2 nights because the property was so dirty little flea flies were everywhere. There was all mold around the work surfaces, sinks, shower & bath so it also had moldy flies. The worktop & cooker need replacing as they are so worn it's a different colour. The whole property stunk of a combination of mold & tandoori so was really bad.... no towels in the property but dirty linen in the washing machine. This property needs to be removed from booking websites until the property is fumigated for the fleas & flies in addition to a refurbishment as you don't want to touch anything in the property not even a shower because you still feel dirty... I was highly disappointed with this property & we're both itching thinking about such an horrific experience still 2 days later so I would advise anyone not to book this apartment

Some confusion on arrival but generally good.

The guidelines on car-parking made no sense if you entered Elmira Way from the Quays/Trafford Road/next to Tesco Express. Guidelines on opening the front door failed to say that you needed to press the 'Code" button before entering the four digits and that also you had to press the Enter button

Great little apartment for a stay over in Manchester

The apartment is in a great location for visiting Manchester or an event at Old Trafford. Jay the host was extremely helpful in arranging access which is through a range of door and gate codes making the place feel very private and secure.

The apartment was excellent and ideal for our stay. The host was really helpful.

I instructions about keys collection and keys were very clear and easy to follow.

It would be good to add to the instructions the location of the main access door to the building. The state that the estate the apartment is in is a bit of an untidy mess. Waste bin area strewn with rubbish and dumped mattresses all around the estate. Just looks and feels uncared for.
