Loved Manchester had a great time just really disappointed with the bed layout in our apartment

Location close to old Trafford for match days

There was hole in two of the air beds so had to get owner to replace which in fairness he did within a few hours but the pictures on the website are far from what you get badly needs redecorated and nowhere near big enough for a family of 8 but it was cheap in comparison to what’s around so probably should of expected what I got.

Ideal location for a show at the AO arena with free parking.

Good location, free parking. The apartment was clean and tidy in a good location 10min taxi ride to AO arena. Keys eyes to collect and return at a local shop 5min walk from apartment.

Booked as a group of 4 adults and 3 children - the apartment did sleep this many people but only had two beds. The children slept on blow up airbeds, which was fine but would have preferred to know about this prior to staying.

Good location but very unclean

The location was convenient with a parking space

The apartment was very dirty with hairs on the floor and in the bedding. The apartment is noisy from the floors above plus our water was turned off which was very inconvenient.

No thing

The evaluation was unsatisfactory when we tried to get in touch with them. The responses we received were unclear, and it was difficult to communicate with or meet anyone in person.There was also considerable noise from the neighbors above, as the roof lacked proper insulation.

Owner was extremely rude, we didn't stay and booked else where

We didn't stay and went to Premier Inn

Late morning as we were due to check in that afternoon, we had had no check in details or even you will receive them at.... I called twice on we landed at Manchester airport concerned we hadn't received anything and we were travelling with children and eventually got a text message. I was told the details were on the booking, which I screen shot and sent over which the owner reply was that doesn't tell me anything!. We then received a you tube video of our check-in details, which sent us to a back street shop to collect the keys, when asking how far it was away we were told a 15 min walk. NO where in the description is this mentioned, we didn't feel that it wasn't safe and contacted booking.com. The owner then started on the text messages telling me I was being difficult! we cancelled our booking online and with the customer service agent - later on I then received another message with a noise graph saying No music or it being overly loud!! I stopped replying to the messages as it went on till 19.15 at night..... but I did get me security deposit back !

Disaster

The location

We booked the apartment for 7 adults, according to the listing it should sleep 8. On arrival the apartment only slept 5 adults. The apartment staff told us that there was a blow up mattress to use - this was not what was advertised. There was also no sheets for the sofa bed or the mattress. The smoke alarm in the living room was also faulty. We left after 20mins and found alternative accommodation as it was not suitable. We were also denied a refund.

وجود ثلاجة وغسالة ملابس

دخلت الشقة الساعة الرابعة والنصف ووجدتها غير مرتبة ولا تم تنظيفها والمناشف ملقاة على الأسرة وفي ارضية الحمام وكيس الزبالة (تكرمون) لم يتم إخراجه وحين تواصلنا مع المسؤل عن الشقة قدم اعتذاره فقط ولم تحل المشكلة حيث تم تنظيف الشقة في ظهر اليوم التالي ولا أعلم عن رأي إدارة بوكنق بخصوص حقوق النزيل فمثلما مالك العقار يسعى لحفظ حقوقه فأين من يحفظ حقوق النزيل طبعا الصور التي في بوكنق تختلف إلى حد ما عن واقع الشقة
