The property was nice and tidy. It had everything we needed and the host was very welcoming.

Brilliant place to stay with friends or family

Everything. The rooms are very clean. The sofa in the living room is comfortable and very large. As I was travelling down, I rang and asked if an early check-in would be possible with such short notice. The communication was excellent and I was contacted immediately to be told it could be accommodated. Excellent location for bus routes into the centre (it's not a long walk anyway) and within walking distance of a large sainburys. The information provided was extremely detailed and provided electronically.

It didn't affect us but the stairs were very steep and the toilets are located on the first floor and top floor. Therefore, if you were travelling with someone with mobility issues, this property would not be suitable.

Fantastic house for a group of 10 people to visit the city of Manchester

House with excellent comfort and qualities, in a quiet neighbourhood, 15 minutes drive from the centre. We also had an out-of-time request and the landlord did his best to accommodate it.

Nothing, the house is fantastic. To say something... the checkin time was a bit late and the checkout time a bit early.

Great stay for a large group , great location

Really lovely property, really lovely host ! So much space and ample parking, very close to Regent road so very easy to get to from the motorway. 2 bathrooms and lots of towels provided . Very clean and great amenities.

Skvelá pomer cena / výkon.

Pohodlné prespanie až pre 10 ľudí. Na prízemí je spálňa s manželskou posteľou a obývačka spojená s kuchyňou. Na 1. poschodí je kúpeľňa s vaňou, spálňa s manželskou posteľou a ďalšia spálňa s manželskou posteľou a jednolôžkom. Na 2. poschodí je WC so sprchou a spálňa s manželskou posteľou a jednolôžkom. Deti sa zahrali s mortal kombat automatom. Boli sme v zložení 5 dospelých a 4 deti a dom bol pre nás absolútne dostačujúci. Do centra mesta je možné dostať sa aj dlhšou pešou prechádzkou, ale v meste spoľahlivo a rýchlo funguje uber, tak sme sa presúvali týmto spôsobom. Z / na štadión Old trafford sa takisto dá dostať pešo do 40 minút, čo je ideálne po zápase. Hneď oproti ubytovaniu je malý park s detskými hojdačkami a preliezkami a kde si naše deti zahrali futbal proti miestnym deťom. Ocenili sme odovzdanie kľúčov formou schránky, keďže sme pricestovali v noci a nebolo potrebné nikoho obťažovať s touto záležitosťou.

Len drobnosti - na ubytovaní bol len jeden hrniec, večere sme si pripravovali sami a pre väčšiu skupinu by bolo lepšie mať ešte aspoň jeden hrniec navyše. Dvere do kúpeľne a do spálne pri kúpeľni na 1. poschodí vŕzgali, čo sa dá ľahko vyriešiť namazaním. Umývačka riadu potrebovala doplniť leštidlo a soľ, ale to sú všetko operačné a rýchlo riešiteľné záležitosti.
