Capacity to sleep a bunch of us. It was convenient and all of us could hang out in the living room. Two bathrooms were handy.
Beds were squeaky and quite uncomfortable, thin mattresses meant you could feel the springs underneath.

Easy check in from key safe, spacious and plenty of beds and linen for large group. Nice showers and relatively clean in general
There was no heating when we arrived and house was freezing cold but we dealt with this - connection error to boiler. Some beds/bedding were broken and dirty on arrival, please ensure to take pics or charges occur. Smoke alarms were covered on arrival, I am guessing from previous guests - fire risk
