We booked this property as we had been let down by previously booked accommodation late on a Friday afternoon. Communication from the host was excellent, they answered all questions we had immediately. Parking was available and clear details given. They even came over to make sure the hot tub was working on the Friday evening. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to use it but appreciated the effort. Access was easy and clearly explained. The property was beautiful had everything we needed. Soft towels, Hand wash, hairdryers, clean bed linen, plenty of toilet rolls, the beds were comfortable and bathrooms/baths/ showers were all great. They also had a great coffee machine It was perfectly placed near local shops and to walk into town. If we didn’t fancy walking the bus stop was right outside the house. The People of Manchester were lovely, and we can’t wait to return thank you so much for rescuing our weekend . Also they checked in with us that everything had been ok when we returned home

nothing perfect host and property

The Beds were comfy and the space in the garden and in the communal areas were great. There were 18 of us but it never felt crowded. It's a great location too with a bus stop over the road which takes 10 minutes to get into town. There was also a bank of bikes which made some journeys super easy. Check in was straightforward.

There was a hole in the ceiling above the kitchen island which when one of the showers was used ended up dripping Also the pool cues are really small. Also the Hot tub wasn't that intuitive to use

The house was a lovely large space so with 13 ladies it didn't feel like we was all under each others feet. Hot tub was lovely and warm. Pool table is a nice additional thing to do. Not far from where we were going of an evening for food so good location.

The shower facilities was not a great first experience the one in bedroom 1 would go from absolutely freezing to boiling hot there was no intermediate. When the girls come to use the bathroom upstairs the water then started leaking through the kitchen ceiling. Once informed the owner a handyman was sent out efficiently and resealed the bath but then couldn't be used for 24 hours and we were then checking out. I believe it to definitely be a more serious issue looking at the hole it caused in the ceiling that looked to have been going on for awhile.
