The location, the decor, it was clean and beautiful property, will stay there again.

It was all good, however the issue with the first floor toilet tap being faulty did not really spoil things although was a bit uncomfortable.

Amazing stay, such a quirky house with brilliant decor, very clean host very attentive couldn’t have asked for more.

Nothing everything was great can’t wait to come back.

The details to check in were sent promptly and the host was super responsive with a couple of questions I had. The house is gorgeous and most importantly it was perfectly clean. All amenities I needed were provided. We had a great stay, lovely and quiet with comfortable beds. I would stay again and highly recommend for anyone else.

The next door neighbours had a party and we were blasting music that we could hear in every room until 5:30 am before they then moved into the garden to talk loudly until 7 am. We were up at 6 am for the marathon so we’re very angry that they did not listen to us to be quiet and disrupted our sleep. Sadly, they ruined our experience.

Exceptional property ideal for our city get away, very clean, brilliant host would highly recommend.

The property was in a very convenient location. The hosts rectified the cleanliness of the property by issuing a refund of the cleaning fee of £150

We were very disappointed with the response to our initial complaint regarding the health and safety of the property and would stress to anyone looking to use this accommodation, that it is not currently suitable for a large group and does not have the relevant fire safety standards that you would expect. Fire and Health & Safety On the second night of our stay, it came to our attention that our group would be splitting up and some would be returning back later than the others. As a result, we needed two ways of accessing the property. I contacted the hosts to find out if we had other keys to be able to access the property and that would also allow us to lock the front door. Unfortunately, neither door had thumb locks - a requirement for any rental property and that of a short-term let. I attempted to see if we could access the back route but no keys worked for the communal gates and the issue of the sink drainage was also a problem. The hosts asked for pictures of the door from the inside which i shared as they believed the door should be able to be secured from the inside without the use of a key - but without a thumb lock it meant that the door required a key. In the event of a fire, this property does not have any fire extinguishers, no fire exits routes sign posted and no correct locking mechanisms of the two external doors. Unfortunately the hosts response was disappointing and included reference of previous suggestions being made and no actions being taken > We would like to assure you that guest safety is, and always has been, our top priority. The property is fully compliant with relevant safety regulations. Smoke alarms are installed on every floor and are tested regularly. A fire blanket is located in the kitchen cupboard, and our property complies with the standards required for short-term rentals. While we appreciate your comments regarding thumb locks, please note that this feedback has been received previously and is under review.
