Comfortable stay clean and good location for the Lowry and city centre

The house was clean and plenty of room in the kitchen and lounge for 9 of us. Easy to get a taxi to the Quays or. 40 minute walk. Any queries with the owner were answered promptly. There was a welcome basket full of crisps, sweets and cakes and plenty of cold drinks for us in the fridge. Very thoughtful.

A complete waste of time. None responsive when trying to get information and access. We arrived at the property but couldn't get it. I had my family waiting out in the cold with nowhere to go. We had to go to the local Premier In, as I couldn't keep the children out in the cold. while waiting for a response from the host, or assistance from the customer services, which did nothing to help besides offering a measly £52.71. I had to fork out another £270 for the Premier Inn, and then £586.22 for a new property due to the host cancelling during the night (after we travelled from various parts of the country, and should have already been in the house). According to one of the neighbours, this is a regular occurrence, with people often waiting for hours outside the house. Completely unacceptable.

Absolutely fantastic!!

Fantastic accommodation!!! The hosts got the property ready for us at very short notice. We outgrew our family home and was visiting Manchester for Dads birthday. Property easily accommodated 9 of us, 3 adults and 6 children. Property had extension which slept 4 which we shoved the teens in and was a win for all!! Rest of the adults and little ones slept spaciously upstairs. Inside hot tub was fantastic as it was pouring down in Manchester. All thoroughly enjoyed! Entertainment system built in with Spotify which was great. We needed somewhere quiet and comfortable and this place hit all the marks!!

The fire doors were...well firedoors and were constantly closing quite hard.

Top stay in Manchester

The huge dinning table that we could all sit down together at and a great amount of crockery and glasses. Also the lovely fresh linen throughout. The food hamper and milk were a lovely gesture too.

Very little other than the sliding bathroom doors on the ground floor and a broken chair in the outside garden furniture.

A horrible property that was overpriced and has marred our experience of a family stay in Manchester

The location was good. It was easy to gain access to the property via the key code. There was a parking space at the property. The tv was large screen with good access to screening channels.

The property was misrepresented on the website as "Luxury" and was priced very high accordingly. In fact it is scruffy with dirty paintwork especially the skirting boards and step into the downstairs room used as a 4th bedroom. The stair carpet is very dirty and at the top smells strongly of urine. There was mold in the shower at the join between shower panel and tray. The 4th 'bedroom' was basically a converted garage with a back window that had broken floor edges, dirty stain on one wall, was filled with 4 basic beds, no bedside lamp or comfort features at all. We heard scrabblings in the loft at night and reported our suspicion of rodent infestation to the housekeeper. We had an ant infestation and asked the housekeeper for ant spray. The guest staying in the horrible 4th 'bedroom' has bed bug bites. She is a medical doctor and knows that the bites on her arms and legs that only appeared after sleeping in one of the beds are from bed bugs. The kitchen had a stain on the hob splash-back and lacked a dustpan and brush, scissors and bottle opener. I have taken photos of the scruffy areas. This house is not a "Luxury " property and we believe we should receive compensation for the state of it. We have all had to take measures to try to ensure that that we have not brought bed bugs into our homes and the guest with the bites is understandably very distressed.

We had a lovely family stay here and would not hesitate to come back.

We loved the location - it’s conveniently right next to a beautiful park - great for walks, in a quiet residential neighbourhood plus the size of the property and layout worked well for our family too. It’s clean and well kept. And they allow furrbabies - our chowchow thoroughly loved the garden and enjoyed his walks in the park nearby. The hosts are always available and we loved the welcome goodies on arrival - thank you!

Lovely house. Great location. The cleaner was absolutely lovely and available (didn't need her) property lovely and clean and comfy. Very kindly they had put milk and orange juice and bottles of water in fridge. Snacks galore and flowers and lovely bowl of fruit. Absolutely lovely. Thanks so much to he fab cleaner. Checking in easy using a keypad. Would def recommend

The best!

Mark was so attentive and tried his best to make us feel at home. The villa was comfortable enough for our family with five kids. Location was excellent. Will definitely stay here again if we ever come to Manchester again.

Hopefully the TV can be upgraded to smart TV in the future. Will definitely add to the experience of anyone staying there.

Great house for a hen do, sensible split of rooms

Lots of beds and bedrooms were of a good size. Beds were comfy and clean. Great dining space for the 12 people we had.

The hot tub didn’t seem very clean. There was a dirty tea towel in it when we took the lid off which put us off. The kitchen is very small for the size of the property and number of people we had to cook for.

Not worth the money.

The property is big and spacious, big enough to fit 6 people or more. Big TV for the movie watchers! Provided fans also. Had great facilities in kitchen.

The beds were really uncomfortable, the sofas in the sitting room was terrible as it felt like we were sinking into the sofa. The TV sound was awful maybe a sound bar or some sort should be provided or a better quality TV for the price you pay per night. The worst point of it all there was a gnat infestation on the property, upstairs and downstairs, in every room! Noticed a few flys when we checked in, thought nothing of it as it was really hot, but over the next day, the gnats decided to multiply to its thousands over the course of our stay which was incredibly distressing.

Good location for access to town. Access on arrival was very easy. Everything was clean and tidy.

Despite accommodating 18 beds, the kitchen was ill equipped - small, no tea towels, oven gloves, or dish cloths. We were also provided 1 loo roll per toilet, for an 18 person stay. The owners initially requested photos of all 18 guests’ IDs, but after discussion were willing to accept just mine.
