Amersham Park Apartment

We liked the location and how easy it was to find and park. Was easy enough to check in and collect the key. There was enough beds and they were decent enough sized rooms. Living room was big enough for us to sit in after we came back from the theatre

Wasn’t really anything particularly bad, but when we arrived there were a few flies in the hallway and the kitchen we didn’t really notice anything else as we were off out within an hour to arriving. When we came back we noticed a considerable amount of spiders in the downstairs section but luckily nothing upstairs. We moved one of the sofas a little closer to the coffee table so we could all sit with each other and there was rubbish underneath one of the sofas that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a few visits possibly. There was a used bar of soap on the en suite shower. Most of this really didn’t affected us but would like to let the host know for the next time someone stays. Also the fan in the single room seems to be broken as when we turned it on it was slanted and was making a funny noise so we switched it off immediately.

Couldn’t use the washing machine as washing in it.

Easy access, fab communication with host, would def recommend and use again

Hadn’t been hoovered when we arrived but that’s my only downside

3 bed, 2 bath 1 toilet.

House for 5 people but somehow only 4 dining chairs. Washing machine that was occupied by the cleaners and couldn’t use it despite telling the owner about it and being told to disregard it. The owner called to enter the property while we were staying there. He didn’t seem too interested in the issues I wanted to raise at all. The cleaning was sub par, a good vacuuming would have been welcomed. Some renovation is urgently needed. The garden was full of weeds and the bins overflowing.
