Good size space, badly kept.

Close to where we wanted to be. Off road parking.

Overall, disappointing. The kitchen was understaffed re crockery / glasses. The main bedroom door handle was falling off from the outside, one of the wardrobe doors was missing, the mould in the bathroom was visible and the smell was noticeable. Coffee table was designed to break shins. Sofas were old and collapsed so uncomfortable to sit on.

The house was more run down than my outside workshop!

Location was fine, the house was a wreck, all the reviews on it saying its good must be fake! I've got videos and pictures to show how bad it was

I can't sum up how shocking this property was in the amount of characters your allowed to use but put it this way not only was it dirty throughout there was so many broken things that were a safety hazard! Host accuses me of giving a malicious review but my photos speak for themselves and I didn't want to post anonymously it won't let me add my name

Nice area, but...

It was ok. Nice area to stay in. Quiet and parking is right outside the door.

The apartment could do with an overhaul. Dirty utensils and plates all chipped. Linen had been left in the washing machine. The shower head in the ensuite did not have a holder.

Amazing and lovely.

The property it’s in a very lovely location, you have access to so many stores, restaurants and many sightseeing places. There is a park across the apartment for kids if you have any, and all the places we planned to visit were less than 15mins drive to them, which makes the location a central place.

Good location but I won’t book again.

Location is good and with parking

The house is full of unpleasant damp smell, especially in all the rooms upstairs. In kitchen, utensils are quite dirty which I had to washed all of them before use. Also, quite a few plates and bowls with broken edges, not good where we have kids. Also, there’s a cleaner came on the second day during our stay and collect clothes from washing machine which is weird. It’s just luckily that we were at the place at that time, otherwise this means she will go into there by herself with keys. I’m not expecting this will happen.

Disappointed for our family weekend stay

Location about 20 minute walk to media city and the river which was good. Good communication with Sein.

House needs a deep clean and decorated. Not a nice smell in the lounge which lingered all weekend. Think it was coming from the sofas and curtains. HDMI cable in the lounge completely broken so no tv apart from streaming. No instructions on use of equipment in the house. One of the beds springs could be felt. Only 1 pillow each. Towels hard. Minimal cutlery.

Plenty of bedrooms and space upstairs and down. Downstairs toilet useful. Clean and good parking. Good location. Had delayed access as key code was wrong and host not contactable. Details should have been sent before we arrived. Sofas were a bit low and tv only had streaming options.

Perfect

The property was warm nice welcoming and perfect temperature during this winter season. It was in a nice quiet peaceful area. Parking outside the door as well.

The bed sizes could be bigger and the bathroom sinks should have mixer taps than single tap for hot and cold water as the water was too hot in the hot tap. More easy key access to the property.

A very nice property in a great location. My family only stayed for one night, but for what we paid this was a great experience.

Location was fine, in a quiet location with parking outside.

Whilst the house was clean it would benefit from a deep clean (behind/under beds, house aired). There was a bit of a dog smell. Kitchen required a bit of fixing with doors not properly closing and some damaged. Didn't use the kitchen due to short time in property.

Clean and relaxing home

It’s clean, has everything you need- even a cot for babies and iron etc. There’s plenty of storage and large fridge too. There’s a park across the road for the kids to play in. Just be mindful of parking in the right place (outside number 23). Lots of pots, pans, cutlery, plates etc. Has 3 bedrooms so very good for families. Tesco/Aldi/Lidl are only 2 min drive away.

Fear of locking ourselves out as door automatically locks upon closing. Couldn’t lock back door. Ensuite had no light bulb.

My stay at the cute Amersham apartment 😍

The house was really cute .😍 I personally love the architecture. very comfortable rooms especially for the kids. kitchen appliances were also very easy to use. the host was super helpful too. the bathrooms were really clean and had enough toiletries which we really appreciated 🤗🤩🤩.

in as much as I loved my stay, I.believe the chairs in the living room could have been cleaner and the oven. Perhaps a deep cleaning would be nice to maintain its 5star level.. It would also be nice to have a welcome package e.g tea, sugar and coffee for the guest .

acceptable, but ruined by the lack of communication from the host prior to arrival.

The host was contacted by email and telephone on a number of occasions on different days before arrival and it was only when we were at the front door and made yet another telephone call that an email arrived with the correct door code. This is unacceptable: stressful, extensive uncertainty and really upsetting. having had a lovely day watching the test match. We needed to enquire about parking and how long we could leave the car for. The only reason we took the car was because of the train strikes.

Room for improvement

It was in an excellent location for Salford Quays. It was comfortable. We asked for a toaster and one was delivered the next morning.

The kitchen was very poorly equipped. For example, there were only 2 teaspoons, no chopping board. No cafetiere or similar, apparently 2 coffee makers had been stolen, but a cafetiere instead would be good. Also we had bath towels but no small towels for kitchen or downstairs toilet and no tea towels.

I think we were forgotten guests!

location - 10 mins always from the city centre spacious property

Despite advising our arrival time in advance, there was no-one to greet us at the property and no key code provided. After a number of unanswered calls and messages to the owner whilst standing outside the property for 20 minutes, the owner called sounding surprises we were there and said he’d call me back in a few minutes. I then received the key code to the property and let ourselves in. Just as we were unloading the car, the cleaner to the property turned up and said it had not been cleaned and that she needed to clean the whole property including change the bedding. This wasn’t convenient for us as we had tickets for an event that started at 7pm and we needed to eat and get ready in the apartment! We asked the cleaner to ensure the bedding was changed and bathrooms cleaned whilst we made dinner downstairs in the kitchen that didn’t need much of a clean. (thankfully previous guests had set the dishwasher) by the time the cleaner had finished we (5 people) had an hour to get ready and get to the event which made us very rushed. The owner called and stated he wasn’t aware the cleaner hadn’t cleaned and offered some compensation which I’m yet to receive. there’s a lack of utensils in the property - no oven gloves, tea towels or chopping board which makes cooking very difficult.
