Clean & Warm, but poor nights sleep. Rating of 4/5* apartments is misleading.

Location was good for the Lowry and Media city /restaurants. The property was clean and warm. Bathrooms were lovely.

“Meet and Greet” offering, was standing outside Sainsbury’s local for 10 mins in the cold and a fella in a puffa, tracksuit & trainers turned up. Felt unprofessional and if females are on own, it would feel intimidating. £200 deposit was unexpected and not explained until keys were about to be handed over. (It was refunded promptly however). The apartments felt very white, bland and sparse. The noise from trams and building work going on next door to the apartments was disappointing. The beds in both apartments were small (for anyone over 5ft 8” feet were over the end. They were incredibly noisy/creaky. Really poor night sleep! Lot of dog mess outside the apartment block itself.

Lovely, comfortable flat in an excellent location

Perfect location. Large comfortable appartment. Very light and airy. The gym was an unexpected bonus. Excellent communication with the owners' representatives throughout.

Great stay

Well-located, clean, and new apartment. There's a tram stop, a grocery store, and plenty of walking options right next to the building. Old Trafford is about a 30-minute walk away.

We absolutely loved our stay, the beds were so comfy we all had an amazing sleep! There is a Sainsbury’s right next door

The property was very modern and very clean. The beds were amazingly comfy! As well as the sofa. The TV has access to Netflix & YouTube. There is also WiFi. All cooking utensils are there & the view from the apartment is great! Easy to get in and out of the building. Great pricing too!

Had an excellent 52 days stay, apartment had everything neeeded, transport and shops only minutes away.

Very clean, had everything included for a few weeks stay,loved the views and walks, plenty to do nearby. Transport brilliant tram and buses just round the corner. Weekly cleaning, change of bedding, and towels. Good communication and help with property staff.

Location based on where we were visiting

Our view was of Sainsbury’s and the road/tram lines. The apartment was very bland, all white, no pictures on the walls or soft furnishings- nothing to make it homely.

Perfect Location

Location was perfect for us. Very close to shops and transport links. Very easy to find, good communication with rental agency and very friendly. Nice and clean 1 bed appartment on 5th floor with the added bonus of a bath. Comfortable bed. No noise, lovely and quite. Nice kitchen with all the equipment needed for self catering. Free WiFi. Great views.

Great appartment perfect location fantastic hosts

Good location right next to the tram stops, very clean comfortable apartment, the meet and greet service was a really nice touch and the lady was who met us at the property was brilliant. Also got a text message and phone call on the day of arrival, perfect service. Thank you definitely 10/10

Stated on booking.com it was a lake view then arrived, I was told they took to many bookings and didn’t have the room I originally booked, then was forced to look at a dirty worksite for my stay awful experience don’t recommend ruined my trip.

What an amazing stay at this apartment. They really took care of us for our anniversary. It had amazing natural light and stunning views. Sainsbury’s right at your doorstep and the apartment was very clean.

On arrival I was met in the car park and taken to the apartment for a tour and all aspects explained. The apartment was lovely, clean and new. The views are amazing, more so at night. I will definitely stay again

Great host and service.

The host was hands on. And met my expectations. They provided a friendly service. And called up after my stay to ensure my stay was good.

The apartment could only be locked with the key. Which meant when we left we had to leave the apartment unlocked, which I didnt feel comfortable doing, as anyone could have gone in after we left.
