We asked to leave our bags because we had a flight around 20 u and needed to check out at 11 u and the owner wasn’t that kind about it and woudn’t help us.

We were staying in the property whilst we were in the city to watch the cricket, and it was about a 30 minute walk from Old Trafford Cricket Ground. The property was pretty easy to find and was near to the motorway and shops, and was about a £5-10 Uber into the city centre.
The WiFi didn't work, which meant that I missed a work call because I couldn't connect. There was no network that matched the details provided, and when I found and reset the router in the property, it had no connection to the internet. I flagged this with the host, who said they would get it fixed but this never happened. They provided alternatives, however, these were so slow that only one device could use them.
The bathroom door didn't have a lock on the door.
There was insufficient parking, so I had to squeeze into a space that was barely big enough for a car, and the gate was open constantly. Additionally, the door to the building from the car park was broken.
The kitchen window was next to a smoking area, where substances other than cigarettes were being smoked, which led to the whole property smelling awful.
