Very nice stay for a small group. Media City close.

Comfortable beds and a good location, good enough amenities though the lock system was a bit hard to work out at first. I have learning difficulties so instructions and cues were a bit muddled. Host came down to show us which can't fault them for

Plates were chipped and cups were dirty No washing up liquid to take care of dishes Rips in the second bedroom Duvets and the towels Not worth how much they charge given these downsides Accidentally broke the toilet seat and they wanted to charge £75 which is ridiculous, ended up on agreeing £50 Set to check out at 12pm so expected cleaners to come then but they came an hour earlier. Not their fault but was told to send them away if we weren't ready but I wasn't aware that we could do that Unsure if we will stay again

Location and size of property

Quite shabby, damaged kitchen units one door was hanging on by one hinge and came loose every time oven door was opened, damaged/missing blinds in main bedroom leading to lack of privacy and sleep as couldn’t block sun out from early hours of the morning, really should have curtains as even if they hadn’t been broken that type of blind is insufficient to block out sun. Lack of hand wash and hand towels in some bathrooms, towels left in washing Machine, unable to cook for two as only one oven shelf

Nice location, not too far from town and Salford Quays. Secure and private garden. Free parking outside. Clean facilities. Clean sheets.

Accomodation is somewhat what you would expect for a uni shared house rather than a holiday home. There are facilities and amenities, but not all working. The hob wouldn't spark the gas to turn on, the ensuite shower was so stiff it was almost impossible to adjust the water temp. The shower holder did not hold the shower head in the outside bathroom and fell on my partner during a shower. Soooo much rubbish left outside over flowing three bins by the previous tenant.

We had a great stay

I really enjoyed my stay at this property in Manchester. It was very spacious and comfortable, which made it perfect for my family. The location is excellent—everything we needed was within easy reach, and getting around the city was really convenient. The owner was also very responsive and quick to reply to any messages, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Would definitely stay here again!

Nightmare stay and uncaring host - total scam

We arrived early evening and there was a group already there! They left when we arrived, so obviously the place was not cleaned or serviced for our arrival. The kitchen is a dump with broken cupboards and a broken freezer, the whole house is just dirty and underwhelming. For some reason there are dishwasher tabs dotted all over the house and next to every sink? After many attempts to contact the host he finally answered his phone and said he would send a cleaner, but they never arrived so I had to empty the bins and clean the floors myself. We asked if we could at least have clean bedding and then the cleaner could come in the morning - so we were told where to find the key for the supply closet and wooow it was disgusting, it smelt like something had crawled in there and died. Turns out they store the “clean” bedding in a pile on the dirty floor next to old smelly lingerie. After finding jizz in the beds, that was the last straw and we decided to just leave. I contacted the host multiple times and received no response or apology. We paid £500 for 3 nights, didn’t even end up staying, and the owner only refunded us a whopping £46.

It was quite grubby, stains of splashes on tiles, blinds, walls, radiators etc Stains on all of the bedding (bright pink/red stain and old faded stains/ orange stain) All towels were stained Not enough glasses in kitchen Was told there was a dishwasher but no dishwasher Dishwasher tablets left on all the bathroom sinks instead of hand soap which was really strange. No hand towels in the bathrooms Not enough cutlery

Good location! Close to Salford Quays and Bowlers Exhibition Centre, which was the reason for booking. The property was spotless, and having Netflix and a nearby Tesco was fantastic! Highly recommended! 5/5

Ok but wouldn’t stay again

Very easy to locate the property and key .Good location for Salford Quays, nice and quiet. Parking was a bonus.

The door was difficult to open, several attempts were made! Once inside we were a bit put out that there was no coffee only tea bags, no cereals as promised. Found broken glass by the living room door and was a but dusty, the bedding could of been cleaner too.

Lovely spacious home with great garden. Peaceful, quiet location. A pleasure to stay in for a few days.

Property in need of few repairs which would help reassure renters they will not loose deposit. Sellotape on kitchen units, broken towel rail, toilet roll holder. Latter two would be better removed if can’t afford to replace.

The blinds in the room needs to be repaired, some pieces are spoiled . We had difficulty adjusting to ensure privacy especially at night when the lights are on
