Social space, and functional kitchen, with all the basics and no extra clutter

This property is amazing for value, clean, comfortable, and has all you need for your stay. Messages was answered fast and efficient, and all request were met. Shops for essentials close by, take aways not far either, and a pub on the next street, we didnt visit due to children but the people outside were very friendly. I will definitely be putting into my saved, so I can stay again. Thank you for having us.

Perfect location for a short drive to the Trafford Centre. Spotlessly clean and comfortable property

Property was lovely. Plenty of room and spotlessly clean throughout. Heating worked very well. Parking was easy, opposite the property. Good location for the Trafford Centre.

There was a pub across the road at the back of the property so expect some noise until around midnight. A hair towel would have been good.

Nice accommodation good value for money

Comfortable beds, nice kitchen although hardly used.

Living room slightly on small side. Shower a bit open so could get a bit damp with multiple people using maybe larger bathmat. Fine for short stays.

Had a great weekend in Manchester attending the theatre. House was ideally situated and was able to park right outside.

The beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept soundly

Nothing really. Would have liked a hand towel in the kitchen as well as tea towel but that’s just personal preference.

Fab for a family

Lovely clean home in a very quiet area. Really good sized bedrooms and super comfy beds. Easily accommodated our family of 5 (3 adults, 1 teen, 1 toddler). We booked as we was attending a wedding at the Lowry theatre and this location was excellent and incredibly budget friendly. Less than £20 for an xl uber from train station and less than £10 for uber to media city. Highly recommend 👌

Only a small grip is the living room is a tad small and the low level t.v unit was a nightmare with a toddler (or maybe that us just OUR toddler?!?!) Other than that it is fab for the money!

A disappointment

The kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils, baking trays, etc. we needed for a cooked breakfast for the family. The decor detail - the artwork was an appreciated extra.

The shower was such a letdown, and it is really irresponsible of the owners to allow bookings with it being so unusable. You either shower in freezing water or you scald yourself. The owners know it is a problem because they give specific instructions, yet even when followed, it doesn't work. It made showering virtually impossible, and with no bath option, it caused such a problem - I had a screaming 3 year old under freezing water, and my 10 year old did his best but burnt himself. The adults and teenagers tried their best to work it so we could wash, but no one managed without having to shower in cold water. The sitting room is too small for 6 guests. The sofa and the double mattress downstairs both need replacing as they provide no comfort.

Perfect weekend stay

Great location, beautiful home, very comfortable beds, very clean and tidy, parking on the street, close to the shop and the local pub. I would rate this place higher than 10 if I could. Will definitely book again.

Comfortable stay

You can tell that the hosts of this property were very considerate as they provided motion sensored lights for the dark areas around the property when the lights were off. They also made sure that there were sockets available by the beds. Lamps were also provided by all of the beds. Small things like this was appreciated. The property is clean, and overall, the place feels homey. The kitchen is well stocked with amenities, and the hosts were very informative as they explained the heating arrangements and the shower temperature. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
