A well-equipped kitchen with sleek appliances, the basics for cooking, tea and coffee, and a dining table that seats six. A games area with a pool table and dartboard, a favourite with groups and a relaxed way to unwind. A handy downstairs WC.
First floor
A generous king-size main bedroom with quality bedding and good storage, two comfortable double rooms, and a clean, modern bathroom with a full-size bath and overhead shower.

High-speed internet and a dedicated workspace make remote work or a project stay easy, and a washer keeps extended visits simple.

Supermarkets and a park with a playground are all within a few minutes' walk.
Getting Around:
Free off-street parking for two cars at the property. City bus routes are a 2-minute walk and reach the centre in minutes, with the centre itself around a 15-minute walk. The M602, ring road and A56 give quick access by car, the football stadiums are about 10 minutes away, and plenty of taxis and ride-shares serve the area.
