Great living space, terrace area was fab, free parking added bonus and good location to access the city.
Property was slightly more worn than expected. Lots of marks on the wall, furniture & fittings. Some guests complained about the noise but to be expected due to location.

Able to check in early - v useful given parking not easy to find in Manchester.
Check in process was a bit confused
Drainage in showers needs looking at and overall the place needs some tlc - things are broken stained and tired. The garden furniture was wrecked and unusable.
