Large for our party of 7 but needing a little more attention.

Spacious, modern, comfortable bed and a Responsive host.

Clogged bath and sink drains, shower spray onto bathroom floor, fuse blown, loud at night, no toilet paper holders, several couch stains and kitchen lacking oven racks and coffee pods.

Location was great, laid out great and super comfy.

Was great being able to park car in the garage but almost took off my front bumper getting it into the garage as it is steep with a bump, be careful if you have a really low car.

Great central location, property itself is modern and spacious, easy check in & staff were very helpful. Great value for money.

The main tv didn’t work (volume etc) & the place could have been a little cleaner. It was also missing oven racks and trays so we couldn’t use it when needed. Staff were helpful when bringing this up.

Lovely, modern apartment. Very warm and comfortable!

Very modern and central location. The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. Checkin was streamline. It is a perfect townhouse for younger people as some of our older family members found the stairs challenging. We were close to everything and we had a lovely Christmas dinner there.

The property was easy to find, clean, warm, comfy and ideal for our stay. The rooms were well sized, most with an ensuite and there was a floor dedicated to the kitchen and lounge.

We only stayed one evening so didn't experience any issues.

It was very clean. I liked the number of bedrooms and well positioned open planned kitchen/dining room and living room, the decor and the little decorative touches made it welcoming.

Not keen on the shower in the bathroom as the water, when having a shower, came out on the floor of the bathroom. A sliding door or something would be better and save the floor from getting wet. Had to buy a mattress for the cot as there was not one provided. So now there is a mattress.

Nice family stay in Manchester

The property was beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located near local amenities. My family absolutely loved it—the beds were comfortable, and the added touches like the TV, Alexa, and garage were a great bonus. It was easy to find, and the customer service was excellent throughout.

Many of the windows don’t open and while there are 2 fans, there is no air conditioning, so in the hot weather it can be quite oppressive, especially in the bedrooms.

Best hidden gem in Manchester.

The location was perfect. Tucked away with no rowdy noise. Steph is a great host really organised and made sure we had everything we needed. She even gave suggestions for places to eat and drink! The flat was so clean beds really comfortable and the roof terrace was a little gem. Fantastic stay.

The location is incredible It’s as per the photos The hosts were perfect, good concise information and answered all my questions along the way Very clean The parking space is tight so make sure your car will fit but to find a property with parking in such a central location is a bonus.

It was stifling hot and the safety windows only open a fraction So it was impossible to air, the two slimline fans provided are nowhere near enough to cool the property or even one room. This made it very uncomfortable for everyone so we had to go out more than we planned to. There is a lot of stairs.

Fab location, not many mirrors, thought there would be more bathrooms too for 10 people.

The beds on the top floor room were so uncomfortably and unable to sleep on. Not sure why this room didn’t have proper beds! Or at least more comfortable like the sofa bed in the living area. Not many mirrors in the apartment.

Beautiful house - comfortable stay but a bit noisy at night

The Location of the property is excellent. The property is as described. The instruction to find the key with location and house manual is fairly compiled. The hosts allowed us an early check in Parking is earmarked for the Apartment. The wifi was good.

Despite having a wonderful apartment, more attention needs to be paid. We felt it more since we were there for 4 nights. 1. Despite having a fully equipped kitchen, it cannot be used - The kitchen utensils are in very bad condition- completely scratched and burnt. Their induction base is no good. The kitchen stove cannot be used with these. - No utensils fit for use in microwave oven. - No supplies of trash bags, kitchen towels, etc 2. Similar attention needs to be paid to Bathroom supplies like hand wash, shower gel. Also additional towels can help. 3. The place was noisy - more so on the weekends.

Really spacious with a few floors so as a group it did not feel cramped at all. We were able to drop our bags in early which was really handy

Would definitely recommend but need to be clear that only 3 bedrooms

Location was great, bedrooms were beautiful, kitchen was wonderful for group chats

Only 3 bedrooms (not 5 as expected); 1 sofa bed was broken, towels were very small; No coffee / milk facilities - there was 1 spoonful of coffee in a jar for 6 people, garage was very small for an SUV; no light to aid opening lock box whilst dark

It was very cold on arrival and took quite a while to heat up. Many light bulbs weren’t working so it was dimly lit inside.

Wonderful one night stay - a shame it wasn't longer. Will return and bring the family and the dog

The accommodation was beautifully presented, clean and tidy. The location to transport and tourist activities is perfect for solo business trips and also family leisure stays. We settled in and felt comfortable and at home in no time at all. It was nice to have the option of Amazon Music through the accommodation, the big TV in the lounge was a treat and the WiFi was super speedy. Although the accommodation is central to night life, bars and restaurants there were no noise issues at all and everyone slept soundly. The rooms were very comfy.

There is very little to comment on in regards to improvements. A minor suggestion would be to change the light bulbs in one of the stairwells to increase visibility. Maybe also a low power plug in light/s on the landings for the same reason as people may need to be up in the night for the loo etc. And that's it..... not even a necessary change as we just used our phone lights.
