Couldn’t enter as was given the wrong door code. Tried for ages to enter but couldn’t. The images showcase a nice place
Firstly on check in instruction they left me a code and directions which did not work, I tried for an hour to open the door lock code with the code they provided. The property is in a very very rough area only picture only show the inside only and make out as through the property is in the city centre, however it’s not. It’s in a very ghetto like area, with gangs of youth around the streets. I have video to show myself trying to access the property via their code for an hour which didnt work and whilst I could not get in my car was scratched and spat on when I returned, horrendous

That we were only there for 2days and not any longer
The location, was in the middle of a housing estate didn't state this online. Wasn't very clean could do with a refurb- ripped carpet top of the stairs which was a hazard. Shower was in a tiny cupboard

There were so many problems as i told you above.
Location was ok but to fimd the house was hectic.There was no number on the door so we were roaming around and the key box was hidden
Central heating was too high, even company sent the engineer to fix it bit it didnt work.One single bed was broken which been fixed by the man sent by the company. The lounge sofa cum beds were very uncomfortable.The wifi was not working it shows connected but never worked.The bedding covers were too old,they were washed but v much used .Tbe beds produce noises on move. We were 13 people and spoons were only 4. The cooker has v slow gas so it took us 1 hr to heat up the food.

Its ok for a short stay
The location is convenient, hosts respond fast, instruction for check in is good
The photos are enhanced with AI or are pretty old, as most of the things need rennovation and are worn out. It was not very clean, the walls are dirty and the second bathroom is in a closet space, that opens from the outside, which was not mentioned. Hard to work with the boiler upstairs. We asked the hosts for some cups and tissues, they said they will provide us with such and did nothing.

No a pleasant place

We had a booking for the accommodation from 12 September 2025 till 14 September 2025. We arrived around 8pm while checkin i realised property is not actually what it appears in picture, its old house bedding is not comfortable at all , we book this property as it has two bathrooms, the bathroom on first floor is in okay condition but the light was not working in there, the ground floor bathroom is basically a cloakroom and the down stairs shower room is installed inside a storage cabinet without any ventilation and door lock. Its installed under the stairs where most of the time is storage space totally unsafe. Stairs has carpet ripped which is the hazard, inform this to the property and they said it cannot be fixed, we have to leave the property without even staying in the house and never issued a refund.
