Comfortable, affordable, not checked thorough enough.

Plenty of seating in family room. Spacious double beds. Quiet surrounding. Good parking options Family room table extends (not listed as a perk, but was for our group)

There was a pair of underwear, and a sock strewn in one of the rooms. Though this was the only major cleanliness concern. With the expectation to clean before you leave, more than one cloth should be available.

Perfect location, great to have 6 bedrooms with queen sized beds.

The location is perfect, close to head into the center or out of Manchester. There are several supermarkets close by. Each bedroom and the living room had a fan included due to the heat wave, which was appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook and enough items for more than six people to stay. Communication before and during the stay was great.

There were a few minor issues that did not impact our stay but I will mention in case the owners want to resolve them. 1. The pillows on the beds were lumpy. 2. A neighbour complained about us parking our car on the street - we hadn't been told until this happened to park in front of the garage door. 3. There was a lady waiting 10 minutes before our check out. I felt rude for insisting I couldn't hand her the key since my instructions were to put it back.

The location was good — close to the city centre and easy to get around. But overall, I was quite disappointed with the stay. Inside, the house felt cheaply furnished and not very comfortable. The main issue was the bathroom situation. On Booking.com, it clearly stated the property had two toilets, but when we arrived, we found that the downstairs toilet was only for urinating — nothing else. This is very misleading, especially since the house is advertised to accommodate up to 9 people. How are 9 guests supposed to manage with just one usable toilet? If I had known this in advance, I wouldn’t have booked the property.
