Very Nice place, great host.

This apartment was used while working locally. The host keeps in touch with you, leaded up to your stay, on arrive, during your stay & prior to leaving, ensuring you have all the information needed & if everything is ok. Definitely use this apartment again.

Excellent location. Lovely clean apartment. Ideal for 4 x persons sharing 2 x twin rooms.

Only glitch was the 2nd bathroom shower control came off but we worked around it and I'm sure it will have been repaired. This stuff can just happen 🤷‍♂️

I think the checkout is a little early and check in is quite late that’s my only gripe. And the building works happening but the host was really lovely about that and offered to bring ear plugs, above and beyond service.

Its location & cleanliness

Bed mattress were of extreme low quality, it creates a feeling of sleeping on springs. The value& comfort can be increased by replacing bed mattresses with good quality.

Awkward when you have young children with such a tight check-out.

We asked for a slightly later check-out (1 hour) as we have young children but the host refused point blank. Would therefore not come back here as the place was not amazing. Better places for the amount paid but just thought I would try an apartment on this occasion.

The apartment was situated in an ideal location. It is within walking distance of a tram stop & The Arndale Centre. The apartment was clean & was quiet at night, thus everyone could have a good night’s sleep.

There weren’t any downsides.

The apartment was really modern and immaculate. There is a shop right around the corner 1 minute walk. Town 5-10 minutes walk or 2 minute taxi. Perfect

that was central, but other than that i didn’t like anything else

almost everything. no enough soap for all of us, not enough towels, hand soap with water and dish soap diluted with too much water. with the amount of money we gave for one night, the owner could have mede the effort of giving more suitable products.

The stuff were so friendly , I have got accessed by myself , it was easy to do the self check in , all instructor will be sanded to you before your arrival , the apartment was so clean and tidy , bathroom essential and services was ready to use (Toothbrush, shower gel ,towels etc) and for the kitchen as well. The place has a security CCTV and codes, its really safe to stay there with your family The apartment located near to Arndale centre just 8 minutes walk and close to Manchester Victoria

needs fans in all the rooms if u are going to compete with hotels air conditioned rooms especially in the heat and being on the ground floor. despite requesting this, we didn't get a response over the three days

Perfect location, but I cannot agree calling the place luxury. Stains of old leaks on walls.

The kitchen was the only room that reflected the word 'luxury' in the flat. Even if the hob was cracked in a corner.

Openings cut in the ceiling plasterboard. Plus the fact that the owner didn't offer any alternative accommodation or discount when found a leak from the toilet. After that we had a fan on outside the main door day and night (not pleasant) and a dehumidifier on in the hallway (thanks good we spent most of the time outside). I needed to keep blinds closed because of the garage door of the building in front. Busy,cars coming out often, during the evening you can feel like you are on a stage with spotlights :0)))

Amazing 2 bed apartment walking distance to all amenities

The property was spacious and modern. showers had great pressure. Ozzy was fantastic and answered any questions right away. checkin was smooth and easy. the apartment was in walking distance to everything. Walked to the Man City stadium (15-20 min walk). Shopping centre & tram station 5 minute walk away. Lots of choices for restaurants (even walked into Chinatown for a meal). The apartment was even supplied with dishwasher tablets which was a bonus for us. The two bedrooms were great sizes and the beds were pretty comfortable to sleep in. we didn’t use the pull out sofa as a bed. The girls took the room with the en-suite and they loved that they had their own space away from Mom. This is a very comfortable apartment. I travelled with 2 girls age 14 and we all felt very safe despite apartment being on ground floor. In summary, we had an amazing 4 days here and would highly recommend this apartment. I will absolutely be staying here again and telling my friends about it. Thanks Ozzy for all of your help during our stay and accommodating us.

These are very minor hiccups about the stay. first was parking. there is parking but it doesn’t appear to be allocated. There was a car parked in the spot that I was told to park in. I was able to get this resolved very quickly with Ozzy. it might be worth adding extra information in the check in package to avoid confusion. The cleaners didn’t do a thorough job of vacuuming the carpeted areas. Two members in my party have asthma so the use of their asthmatic inhalers were used more often. There was an air purifier with did help! I would have been happy to vacuum my self if there was one available. Also having 3 girls in the flat meant a lot of shedded hair. lastly, I think it’s worth having your cleaners change the the throw pillow covers in the bedroom area for hygiene purposes. It wasn’t an issue for us as we just placed them in the closet. These are more points for Ozzy to know about. I want to ensure that these are not points that we didn’t like about the property; it’s more areas for improvement.

The place was just great. The facility was really gd and look really nice.

I enjoyed the rooms and the look of how it all came together.

I didn’t like that in the rooms the Netflix on the tv didn’t work but that’s minor I still enjoyed the stay.
