Comfortable stay at a great price.
Great location, comfortable with everything needed to enjoy our stay. We had to get somewhere at very short notice and were delighted to find Ozzy’s property. He made everything easy and straightforward. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Garden was very overgrown which meant you couldn’t sit out in comfort.

Very nice area in central manchester. Good value for money
The place was nice and clean in a very convenient area. Only about a 20 minute walk from arndale. Wifi was fast. Beds were comfortable. We only stayed for 1 night but it was worth the money !
Floors were squeaky and some spots could do with some tlc but it didn’t interfere with our stay at all

Location was amazing, super clean, super comfy beds, can't reccomend enough! Incredible value for money, 10 min walk from some great bars and restaurants. Perfect location for a great weekend getaway.

Ozzy waa very helpful. He let us check in early as our flight arrived earlier than check-in time. He also went tk the house to make sure the heating was on properly. Was great place to stay for the amount we paid. Definitely recommend. Great location close to city.

Very nice property. The place was extremely hot though but kitchen and bathroom were clean
The shower head was a bit wonky and the flow wasn’t great
