Convenient for Manchester airport

Good location - we needed somewhere not too far from the airport to get there for an early flight. The studio is functional, all mod cons. There is a code lock on the main door and you find your key on the door upon arrival. The bathroom seems new

Old furniture, way too hot when we arrived. There was smell of cigarette when we entered.

Ok for a quick overnight rest

It was ok for a one night place to sleep before an early bus. Instructions for self check-in were clear, and getting in was easy. Bed was comfortable enough.

The first time I got into the shower my partner had to come and pull off the water drainage to get to the bit underneath and it was completely blocked up with people hair and it was just building up and the shower was going to over flow so I would have to suggest to make sure you get this told to your cleaners for future reference x plus I booked it for 2 and it was a first time ever and I was only left one average size towal and my man ain't small lol and maybe an extra touch with some coffee, tea, etc in the apartment so I can use the kettle please.

Not what it used to be

It's a good location not far from the city

Outdated, paint on the walls peeling, looks like water damage, small bathroom, very thin walls, we could hear the neighbours all night and didn't sleep at all due to all the thumping about and loud music even though quiet hours are after 10pm - nobody to manage this. Stained towels provided, rubbish WiFi. I've stayed before in the same place and found it brilliant 2 years ago and it's nothing of the sort now. Waste of money.

Everything, decor, bed, sofa, kitchen appliances. Everything needs to be ripped out and replaced. Needs to be decorated and new blinds to be fitted.

The location.

The uncleanness, tackiness. Bad burnt smell from the microwave, wet floors, wet tissues and mouldy; couldn't use the tissues. Nasty smell from the bed sheets; It looked and smelled old, we couldn't sleep on it. We made a complaint; they brought a fitted sheet which looked no different. Only one set of cutlery; a fork! They offered to change the room buh we just didn't as it's the last night.

Disappointing, rude staff and rooms not ready for stay

The price of the stay

Rude staff always in a bad mood. Not friendly at all and rude to my partner when he was asking for the washing up liquid ( previous stay always have liquid to wash the dishes). No towels provided for the 2 nights stay. Asked staff who was again in a bad mood, no towels provided. Asked several times and then again late evening and finally got 2 towels. Room was not clean. Shower looked like it was used just before we came, water on the floor and on the toilet seat. Floor was not clean, broken bin. Fire alarm covered up with some white tissue, broken blinds. Loud banging in the mornings starting from 6am on wards. Every door slamming starts early morning. Then cleaning and moving of furniture and equipment. The building smells of weed outside and inside the building as you come up the stairs. Which is unbearable. Staff knocking on the door the following day asking to enter the room to clean and for us to leave ! When we booked for 2 nights stay ! (This has happened multiple times and always when in the shower and unable to answer the door! Partner answered the door in underwear and staff still wanted to walk into the room! so can’t say that it was an error). So unprofessional and very disappointing considering we have stayed here multiple times only to be further disappointed.

Disappointing, unprofessional host

Price of the stay

Room was not ready. Had to phone the host and inform him of our stay. Communication over the phone was very poor. Had to ring several times before we were provided with the information for our stay. Rude staff in a bad mood. Unfriendly and unapproachable. The blinds was broken in the room and informed staff, who just walked straight into the room I didn’t know he was coming in as my partner went to tell him ( felt very uncomfortable as I was relaxing on the bed, got up straight away). Knocking on the door in the morning to tell us to check out, when we booked for a 2 night stay. Uncomfortable as we were still in bed and staff wanted to enter the room, lucky my partner didn’t let him in. (very unprofessional behaviour and poor communication with bookings and service users).

The room had a hot plate a toaster a microwave and a kettle along with a hair dryer and a smart tv. It right near the main road so u can get anything u want but I also had a quiet room and couldn't hear anyone else

Great stay – spacious, clean, and well located

We really enjoyed our stay at this flat. It’s in a great location, very clean, and offers excellent value for the price. The space is surprisingly large, comfortable, and practical, with a well-equipped kitchenette that made meals easy. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful throughout. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient and cozy place to stay!

Smelled. Bed was ripped and had tiny insects in it. Fridge was broken and leaking water in to a puddle on the floor. Toilet seat had urine on it. We didn't even unpack. We booked elsewhere and still haven't had our refund 2 weeks later.

Dirty

Easy to get in with a code provided by the host. The accomodation is relatively far away from the city centre, but easy to get there with only one bus route.

The walls are extremely dirty, the window was opened and there wasn't a handle on it to close it properly. We had to wait at least 15 minutes for the water to start to warm up, then it became extremely hot and couldn't cool down. On the top of this, the walls are paper thin and other guests slammed the door next to us a lot.

Friendly, value for money and great location

Location was excellent, easy to get to from the ring road avoiding the traffic of the city. Very regular and cheap bus service to the city centre with buses running 24hrs. The man at reception was friendly and very helpful with information on how to get to the city centre.

The room was hot. There was a fan but that seemed to trip the lights. Basic cooking materials which was as expected but only one bowl so breakfast was in rotation!

Great place, great location parking even on a Saturday was available

Compared to what I read previously it has changed immensely. The owner rang us when greeted by somebody at the property there was toilet roll body wash and other things that had been mentioned that we’re never there. I think I had the apartment with the blind was broken because there was Sellotape still on the end of it tape it down but it has been mended. Great location great price all good.

Only Sing wrong kettle was broken in my apartment, but I use the microwave to heat water for a drink in the morning

Regret my stay

In an accommodation at the top of the stores with a very dirty entrance, unclean property and horrible shower and asking for £35! In weekdays!! So it’s the same as any 3 or 4-star hotel charge during the weekdays. £20 per night at this accommodation and still the maximum price. It isn’t worth any extra money.

Bed sheets old and worn out, pillows worn out and flat. Booked for 4 days, and there was no cleaning done. Tv seemed to be controlled remotely. Had volume increased and decreased remotely .

Brilliant for the price and the staff are lovely and quick at responding

The property is clean and looks exactly like the photos. There are microwave, kettle, fridge, hot plate, etc, decent if you are staying for a long time. The staff are really lovely and accommodating. The price is really reasonable and it’s close to a lot of decent places for food, shops, transport links etc. Can’t fault it for a cheap place to stay.
