Bright, Warm & Cozy house in Harpurhey

Spacious layout: The property offers plenty of room to move around comfortably. Acceptable cleanliness: The house was clean enough to feel comfortable during the stay.

Difficult check-in process: The host requested an ID check beforehand, but when I arrived, no one on-site was aware of the booking. I had to make several phone calls just to ensure someone would be available to let me in. Key handoff issues: The owner lives abroad and had to coordinate remotely with someone else to hand over the keys, causing unnecessary friction.Remote-controlled hot water: The hot water must be turned on remotely by the owner. They forgot to do this, so I had to proactively message them to get hot water running. Faulty front door: The entrance door does not close properly unless it is pushed very hard. Because of this, the neighbour complained that the loud slamming was waking up his young son. Late-night noise: On Saturday night, the apartment directly underneath threw a party with loud noise that prevented us from sleeping until 3:30 AM.

House is very spacious. Provided kitchen utensils which made staying very comfortable. Property is at a good location , not far from bus stop. Shower and toilet facilities good.Good customer service

The entrance to at the ground floor or hallway at the ground was dirty which is not good for first impression. Did a video of it . cleaning need improving. The bedroom was dusty at the window side which I had to clean because it gave me cold. Other than that it’s a very nice place

I like the services. Many things were provided, such as iron, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, detergent, etc Good communication, too.

The entrance doesn't look great. The base of one of the beds has fallen apart. Mattress was almost down from the bed. All my body ached as a result of that. The base really needs to be changed immediately.
