Staff were very prompt with messaging and in regards to check in time.
Wasn’t the cleanest at all. Kitchen was very dirty. Right down to the knifes and forks in the drawers. WiFi didn’t work. Rest of the house was ok. Was nice to come back to though after been out in busy Manchester. And it was a place to lay our heads down before a long drive back home.

Property was easy to locate, a lot of shops nearby very comfy to stay in, we had a little issues which the hosts sorted out promptly, overall exceeded my expectations
Only issues was the sheets were not the cleanest and we had no hot water apart from the shower

I like the services. Many things were provided, such as iron, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, detergent, etc Good communication, too.
The entrance doesn't look great. The base of one of the beds has fallen apart. Mattress was almost down from the bed. All my body ached as a result of that. The base really needs to be changed immediately.
