Just a short 1 night stay but flat was perfect for our needs.

Plenty of space, quiet location, easy to access via metro link, plenty of local amenities

Manchester to see the Boss

The apartment was spotless and smelled amazing. The bedding smelled amazing!! We were attending Bruce Springsteen concert in Coop Live and had a very pleasant walk through a park to get there. Thank you

Highly recommended especially if going to the co op arena or etihad

Staying for one night as we were seeing a gig at the co op arena. 15 mins taxi from Piccadilly station and 10mins taxi or 25ish mins walk through the park to the arena.Clean, excellent facilities, extremely helpful owners responded to messages straight away and gave me all and more than the information I asked. Easy check in and out. Would highly recommend and most definitely will be my go to hotel/apartment when at gigs at the co op arena. Thank very much for the hospitality

Handy place to stay for visiting the Etihad Stadium

Hosts were very helpful and had great communication. Accommodation is in handy location for getting into Manchester, we were 20mins walk to the tram and straight into the city. Local shop close by for any essential bits we needed. Flat itself was very clean, fresh bedding, towels etc. Overall we had a comfy stay over the 2 nights we were there and it suited us well for what we needed.

Flooring in one of the bedrooms and bathroom is coming apart and could be a trip hazard.

Great flat for attending concerts at the Coop Live with a group of people

Clean, well presented, apartment, comfy beds and excellent facilities. Owners responded quickly to my questions. Was perfect for us attending a concert at the Coop Live with a group. Around 30 minute walk to the Coop. You can take the 76 bus from the centre to get to the apartment (around 25 minutes)

Location is quite far from anywhere -in the middle of a housing area with limited shops etc. We thought really good equipment in the kitchen, but no plug for the sink!

Cheap but now I know why!!!

The beds were comfortable. Communication with instructions was good.

It was very dirty, cobwebs, food splashes up cupboards in kitchen and walls, dirty skirting boards. The bedding seemed fresh and clean, but had rips in some of the sheets. The bathroom has a lot of black mould, a mouldy non slip mat in the bath, a broken wobbly tap and a dodgy toilet seat. We were only supplied with about a quarter of a toilet roll when there were 9 of us staying. The washing up sponge had definitely seen better days, looked like it should have been thrown away weeks ago. And the draining board needs a good wash. There was however plenty of glasses, cups etc and a big fridge. We didn’t pay a lot to stay here so wasn’t expecting anything special, but it could have been a lot cleaner and it clearly needs a bit of a fix up. Check in is at 5pm and check out is at 10am, that leaves 7 hours of cleaning. This is definitely not the case.

90% of this property is perfect for visiting the Etihad or the Coop Live. Plenty of space all the necessary facilties

I'll never come back

The structure of the apartment is good.

When I entered the apartment, it was cold. I asked my son to turn on the heaters while I picked up the bags. When I got to the room, my wife was furious as a wet and dirty towel was hanging in the closet. What's more, the bed linen was dirty and with the impression of having already been used. Luckily, I had another towel, and I took it to take a shower. The water was hot and in good volume, but I found it damp and smelly when I took the towel to dry myself. The closets were full of bags that made it impossible to put things inside it. But nothing is so bad that it can't get worse. When I returned to my room, the heating was off. I called my son, and we found that the heater had a timer that turned off after 2 hours of operation. That is, every two hours it would take to reconnect all the heating in the apartment. But the worst happened: the two hours of the timer were not two hours, but 50 minutes. So, every 50 minutes, I had to get up to avoid leaving my family cold. That was unacceptable! I booked this property for the other week as I was returning to Manchester, but I cancelled. I do not recommend the apartment.

Clean, well furnished and welcoming!

The property was perfect for an overnight stay in Manchester! A group of six were perfectly comfortable here and had a great time. Kenny was very helpful and made sure we all felt at home.

It is a bit far from central Manchester.
