Absolutely Terrible

I would not recommend this property at all. Dirty Smelly and worst of all we could not access the property later that day when we had checked our things in earlier and ended up driving around Manchester at 1 am as the property owners only manned the phones from 9am until 9pm. Absolutely ridiculous and booking.com must not have vetted this property. Also booking.com we’re not helpful in finding us alternative accommodation so won’t be using their website any time soon.

Scam

Management slow and obviously a scam. Book at your own risk. Confirmation number will be not be sent and security deposit email will follow hours later allowing you to miss the booking and you will be charged. Number not connecting and zero or no response to emails just so you can forget about your refund.

The apartment was clean and comfortable.Had everything we needed for our stay. Easy parking and entry to property. Excellent value for money. If we need to be in Failsworth again, we will definitely be booking this property.

We slept well, but if you need quiet, it is on a busy noisy main road.

Great location. Sparkling clean. Had everything we needed.

Some blackout blinds for the bedroom as the light coming in was a bit strong

Very handy and tidy

Private parking, washer dryer was very handy. Love the easy to use heated towel rail.

Kitchen drain bit smelly but after a washing load it went away. Up stairs so not great for luggage.

Overall, the vacation was a great experience—The flat was comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable.

The location was excellent—close to everything, including local grocery stores and just a short distance from the city center, with a bus stop just a few steps away, making it very easy to get around. The host was highly responsive and detail-oriented, which made the entire experience seamless and stress-free.

There was a slight sewer smell coming from the kitchen sink during our stay. It wasn’t overwhelming, but worth looking into for future guests.

Soggiorno perfetto

Posizione perfetta per raggiungere il centro città. Ha le fermate dell'autobus davanti alla porta di casa. Altrimenti con Uber che è ancora più economico (se siete con amici), potete raggiungere il centro velocemente. Pulizia della casa assolutamente perfetta. Dotata di tutto il necessario per poter soggiornare qualche giorno.
