Super convenient place for concerts & lovely staff!

The staff is very attentive, the facilities are in great shape and even though I didn't have the chance to use it (I stayed only one night) the kitchen is well equipped! I would definitely recommend it if you need a place to stay after a concert, it is at walking distance from both the Academy and the O2 Ritz.

Overpriced but friendly

The place of accommodation was generally well run, with very good communication from the owners throughout my stay, which was appreciated. The facilities themselves were decent and the building was clean and functional. However, the room facing the road was very noisy, making it difficult to sleep. In addition, a number of basic essentials were missing, such as hand towels in the bathroom, and there were no kitchen facilities, kettle, or even a glass provided in the room. The heating was also off throughout the stay, which wasn’t ideal for January. However parking was easy and the owners were ideal.

Comfortable, warm, safe and conveniently situated for walking to train, gallery gigs etc. I was cold on arrival and Terry explained the heating control, so no problem there.

Value for price ratio is perfect

Super friendly staff! Very welcoming and helpful. Location - superb. Just near the train station. The place is also clean. As someone who's not from England, found it a little cold, but I guess that's the norm in Britain. Overall the stay was super pleasant and I enjoyed it, especially for such a low price.

Great location, good value for money, I would definitely stay there again

There was so much to like about this property - the location is unbelievably good, you are literally five minutes' walk from Piccadilly station and the cost per night is much more reasonable than you would expect for a city centre stay. I met Tommy on the first night and he was helpful and friendly and everything is as you would expect it in a self-catering place to stay.

There's very little that I didn't like! It is a slightly strang arrangement not having a sink in the same room as the shower, but that's down to how the plumbing is set up I'm sure.

It would have been great if it existed.

The property did not exist. Asked multiple locals - they’d never heard of it - and spent hours wandering around the area trying to find it. No one answered when I called multiple times. Had to book somewhere else. It might be a scam. Plus the booking was non refundable so that’s fun.

Great room near the Manchester Piccadilly Station

The property was close to the Manchester Piccadilly station. The check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The room itself was clean and spacious. The toilet and bath was also lovely. The shared kitchen was great.

Good budget stay for a few nights, close to the train station

Excellent budget stay - great location (very close to the train station), good facilities (basic, but clean, comfortable, and functional) and a really outstanding host. It felt like a business run because they genuinely enjoy doing it, not for the sake of earning profit - it was like staying with a friendly neighbour ! Would definitely consider returning if I ever do another short stay in Manchester.

Very little scope for improvement within the budget. Facilities are basic but the place isn't advertised as luxurious, and nothing is substandard.
