It was convenient to move around the town and my conference venue (Manchester University)

I did not have the opportunity to speak directly with the staff member responsible for my booking. However, the reception staff informed me that, because I made my reservation through Booking.com, they were not responsible for handling my request and that I should contact Booking.com instead. Additionally, I requested an invoice/receipt during my stay, but I have still not received it. As a guest, I would expect the accommodation's reception to assist with such requests directly, rather than referring me to an online booking platform.

I appreciated being able to come and go as I liked. Even throughout the night as there was no curfew. Being close the to a railway station also helped because I didn’t have far to carry my luggage.

There were no bowls or spoons in the kitchen so I wasn’t able to eat the breakfast cereal that I had brought with me. I had to wonder the shops to find a bowl and spoon that I’d end up taking home to my near fully loaded house.

Everything was excellent and very comfortable.

When I arrived in kitchen the bins were over flowing and lots of flies.Could be emptied more often.
