Property was very clean, lots of supplies such as shower gel, tea coffee and milk, Kind host, Easily accessible with a few facilities close such as Tesco

Spacious comfortable and clean perfect for a group of us staying for the night would be grand for even a couple of nights garden was lovely in the sunshine
A curtain on the conservatory door to the downstairs bedroom would be ideal the street light shone through all night then the sun cracked through early

Plenty of space both indoors & outside, cheap & cheerful but clean & tidy throughout.
Beds weren't that comfy, only 2 outside seats. No instructions on key collection other than to phone owner who was quite aggressive upon answering phone until we made them understand we had a booking. Upstairs was very hot but that was due to weather so out of owners control. Didn't feel the facilities I.e. numbers of glasses etc matched the number of people that could be accommodated. No welcome pack / property instructions.
