There were no problems with breakfast because of well-equipped kitchen. And it's very close to city-center/

A great stay in a lovely apartment

Very clean and tidy apartment with a nicely designed interior and a super comfortable bed. There are two spotless bathrooms, so you never have to wait if one’s in use. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the city centre, with plenty of nice cafés and restaurants right nearby. I didn’t get a chance to try the kitchen, but I’m sure it’s well equipped. Very reasonable price!

Fantastic location & very comfortable stay 10/10

Fantastic location for City Centre, Manchester Picadilly, and COOP LIVE Stadium..bus stop is literally across the road. The room was spotless, and even though we had a shared bathroom, this was also spotlessly clean. Lobed the fact we had full use of a kitchen too (we didn't use it though). Just a very comfortable stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it or stay here again 10/10

Roomy, clean and bright. Just on the edge of the city so was ideal for the work I had to do calling upon stores throughout the city, everywhere was walkable.

Decent for a short and sweet overnight stay to brief rest head and move on.

Location was good walking distance into town, albeit front door is stationed subtly in between two shops (hard to find on main road if you don't know Manchester).

Parking say £5 for private on the booking.com description but there is actually no private parking and it's £6 for 24hours using local car parks. There's also no staff to assist you if you need help so you have to be comfortable self-serving and sharing bathroom (which can be a challenge if multiple people want to use bathroom at similar times).

Pretty good

I loved how cozy it was, really enjoyed my stay there, I could walk to the center and only took 20 minutes maximum by walking, hopefully everyone enjoys the stay as much as I did, definitely coming back if the same situation happened

I didn’t really like the stairs, when I came I was carrying and heavy luggage and even walking down and up the stairs was like I was gonna fall down, they were too deep I had to be careful when I got down with my suitcase, another thing that it was the fault of the company, I brought a drink for myself to have it before leaving and when I wanted to get it back from the fridge it wasn’t there anymore, I don’t know who took it since I spent most time outside but just a bit not happy with anyone that I don’t know taking my things, still an amazing place to stay

I had a fantastic stay—thank you so much for being such a wonderful host! The room was absolutely beautiful, even better than the photos. Everything was spotless and so well-maintained, and I really appreciated the attention to detail with the night lights and cleanlieness . The kitchen and sitting area were both stylish and functional, with a great atmosphere for relaxing or enjoying a meal. The location was perfect too—just a short walk to Arndale Centre, which made getting around so easy. Would absolutely love to come back

The owners are new, they need to add a couple amenities to the room, like a floor fan (the windows barely open) and a little garbage can. Very pleasant owner.

とても清潔で、ベットも綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。鍵も外と中からしっかりと閉まることができたので安心でした。中にマンチェスターのパンフレットもあって観光の手助けになりました！バス停もすぐ近くにあったので良かったです。あと、施設内に自動販売機があって水とRedBullを買いました。とても便利でした。

私はピカデリー駅から最初歩いたので少し距離がありました。ただ、バスなどを使えば問題ないです。風呂が共用なので一人でゆったりとシャワーを浴びることはあまり望めないかと思います。

Propre et bien entretenu à l'intérieur

Très difficile à trouver ( porte presque invisible, rien n'annonce la location, même les commerces voisins ne voient pas ... Environnement inquietant et tres negligé Comment les appeler " prestige " ? Photos très avantageuses ( c'est très petit ...) Commerce voisin qui fait beaucoup de bruit ( reveil au rideau de fer )

Camera ampia, con affaccio su strada ma silenziosa, bagni finestrati e puliti, cucina dotata di tutto il necessario. Check-in rapido e senza contatto. Rispetto delle regole di silenzio e convivenza. A dieci minuti a piedi dal centro, cafè, bistrot e supermarket nelle vicinanze.
