Great location, poor apartment.

Good communal area. Good location.

Could have been cleaner. Within 10 seconds of been in the shower the drains were over flowing. Reported the broken lock on the communal area on arrival and was never fixed. Lock to the bedrooms broke and took many attempts to get someone out to fix it. No oven trays for the oven. Bedrooms could have been cleaner and having bedding that fits would have been nice.

Very nice house

The location was very good and it had a lot of open space. Great for large groups of people.

There was a leak in the roof because of the rain and they could supply toilet roll.

Security and accessing the property was a bit challenging. Some of the bedding for the sofa beds had stains.

A good weekend away

Communal area was great space for our group and kitchen facilities were great for self catering Location is also really good and close to city centre

The security system was tricky to manage but we got there in the end Extra linens, more mirrors and better lighting in bedrooms would be very helpful especially for a large group of women!

Nice property, good location and great for large groups

The room and location was really good. Very spacious and ideal for big groups. Decor was cool and the heated floors were amazing. Good host who went out of his way to help us with the parking.

Bathrooms didn't lock which was an issue with so many people. Nowhere near enough crockery, cutlery or glasses for the amount of people on the booking. Nothing to sweep the floors with. Some of the furniture was broken and had been poorly repaired which meant it couldn't be used. Beds & sofa beds weren't the best and the cark park is very small, however the host was great and came and helped us get all our cars on. I would suggest letting the host know prior to arrival how many cars you have as there is another large accommodation in the building which also uses the car park.

Really fun sharing with a big group, would stay again!

Amazing for big groups, lots of space in the kitchen/living room. Great to have private parking and great location.

This is the most ideal apartment for a large group of close friends who want to celebrate together!

Perfect stay for a large group of friends. Would definitely recommend.

Huge property with lots of space. Clean and comfortable. Location is within walking distance from Northern Quarter and a short taxi ride to other areas of Manchester if your heels are too uncomfortable. staff were very friendly and excellent when enquiring about things. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great stay with friends

Great communal space. Really modern and well put together and funky modern design. Great bedrooms with lots of mirrors which was fab for a big group of girls Loads of plates / glasses / dishes and cleaning stuff Handy having the 2 separate showers in each bathroom that gave privacy but saved time Really great team looking after us

Some of the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable (could feel the springs) Maybe a little side or two table near the sofas would be handy for drinks (not an issue but would have been super handy!) Worth knowing that there are a lot of stairs so carrying bags / shopping up is a bit of a pain (especially when youre catering for a big group). Again not an issue but worth knowing!

Great property for large groups and would definitely return!

The property was great and exactly what we expected/hoped for! The communal area was actually larger than we expected which was fab. The lady who was the point of contact (I think Canolic but apologies if I’ve got the names mixed up) was fantastic and super helpful as well.

The only slight draw back was the amount of bathrooms to people ratio but obviously that can’t be helped. Additionally, quite a bit of confusion around the deposit amount/payment and refund process depending on who we spoke to but once that was ironed out it was fine!
