NEVER STAY HERE COMPLETE SCAM ROBBERY
Absolutely nothing.
From the very start the owner was nothing but rude. Sent the deposit through paypal like he said to but no wasn’t good enough. Also made me send £500 through bank transfer so that they had the money quicker.
They gave me a door code, which wasn’t working just set alarms off. When I rang the property they were extremely rude over the phone and then sent a youtube link on how to open a door rather than helping.
It’s now been a week since we stayed here. We were told the deposit would be returned to us up to a week from check out. The owner has ignored all forms of me contacting them for this money back. I have messaged every day since we left and have had no reply. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT ROBBING.

Very very disappointed
It was close to everything
Very disappointing stay. Communication with the company was poor — after booking, they wrongly assumed I was planning a party, which set a bad tone from the start. The apartment wasn’t properly cleaned: the floor was dirty, it smelled unpleasant, and there was no shampoo or body wash provided. The glasses were dirty even though there was a dishwasher, and the mattresses were very uncomfortable — you could feel the springs. The ironing board was broken with only one leg. I also paid a cleaning fee but was still asked to take the bins out, and they wouldn’t provide an invoice. I had to follow up myself to get my £500 deposit returned. Overall, the place was not clean or well maintained, and I wouldn’t stay here again until major improvements are made.

Great location, but that's about it
Great location, only a short walk away from the northern quarter.
Unfortunately, the first night of being there, the apartment was broken into, and bottles of spirits stolen from the kitchen area. The only way to get into the apartment was by a code on the door, and the door had not been forced for someone else to get in. Upon realising what had happened, we contacted the owner and requested for the code to be changed for the second night of our stay, which he refused to do. He asked that we contacted the police for a crime reference number, which we did and we also had the police come out to the apartment but there was nothing they could do either with the door not being forced. By the time we received this, it was late on Saturday afternoon, so it seemed pointless to send it to him when there wasn't any actual damage to the property. Only that our property had been stolen. Instead, on the second night, we used one of the bar stools from the kitchen to barricade the door and prevent anybody from getting in again.
When showering the steam caused the smoke alarms to go off - not a huge issue but something for people to be aware of.
The beds were fine, but the mattresses were well worn and quite saggy.
The apartment is advertised as luxury, and it does look amazing in the pictures. It's actually quite tired, not all of the showers work, one of them was only cold water. The shower trays are stained. Some of the taps in the bathrooms are on the wrong way for hot and cold.
The bedroom on the first floor has a door in it which we presume is a fire exit but it also has windows and no curtains/blinds so when the sun comes up at 4am light comes straight into the bedroom.
We had to chase the owner for the £500 security deposit to be refunded. It states it will be refunded in 5-7 working days after checking out. It got to day 7, and it had still not been refunded, so we had to email and ask for it back. It has now been refunded on day 8.

It wasn’t the cleanest on our arrival and we did a hoover and wipe around. Looks a little tired in some areas. Wouldn’t stop us booking again though. One shower also didn’t work.

Superb
Stayed this weekend for a weekend away with the girls for a special occasion was absolutely beautiful, brilliant location walking distance from the main centre defintley would book again had everything you needed in the rooms
The loud music downstairs but can't have the best of both worlds epically if you want to be right in the centre of the clubs the Internet wasn't really good the TV kept disconnecting

The apartment was great.
It was a great size for our group of 17. Very modern and clean. It was easy to get into and the location was perfect for our group for going out. Despite some of the other reviews there was plenty of hot water to.go around.
There are a few bits of wear and tear obviously from catering large groups but nothing that effected us too much.
If you are looking for a quiet stay then it's not for you as the bar downstairs was extremely loud. But it didn't bother us too much as we were there for a weekend of drinking and partying.

The location for this property was good, we weren't too far from bars and shopping which is great. The beds were comfortable and there were four showers which was great. There was also plenty of space for everyone staying.
I was very disappointed with my stay. I booked this property for my hen party and spent a long time planning the trip. initially everything seemed fine but over the weekend there were many small things that added up to a disappointing stay.
First of all, the owner asked for a £500 deposit direct to them. This made me nervous, not because I thought we would damage the property, I knew my hens and I would look after it, but it is a lot of money and was not taken via booking.com so I was worried that I wouldn't get it back. I did receive this back promptly but I feel it should be taken via booking.com to give customers reassurance that it will be returned.
The first night my hens and I had a quiet night in with food and a pamper session - this was spoiled by the horrendous noise coming from the cocktail bar below. One of my hens is pregnant and many of us have young children - the first night was to catch up on sleep so we could enjoy the next day, instead we were kept up until 4am by the noise below. Added to this, my bed smelt of mans cologne when I crawled into it and I had put my pregnant hen in the bed closest to the toilet as she needs to go often and her bed was broken. Needless to say we did not sleep well.
The next morning we wanted to head out and I had to try three showers before any of them would run warm. This problem came and went throughout the entire stay - it wasn't always the same shower either so couldn't be avoided.
The toilet seat in the upstairs bathroom doesn't fit the toilet and the shower over the bath doesn't work unless you continually hold down the button that switches it from bath to shower.

1) Noise - club downstairs was very noisy. Excessive noise until 02:30 on the Saturday night. Sunday night drilling 00:00-02:00. The owners had sent us an abrupt email prior to our stay about noise control which is comical given the noise coming from the cocktail place down stairs. We could hear all of the conversations, music, vibrating from bass. It was disgraceful and none of us got very much sleep because of it
2) Mouse - someone saw a mouse in the sitting room which came from a hole in the wall (Monday early hours)
3) Not enough toilet roll for guests
4)Key - 1 for the entire group meaning we all had to go back at the same time or people had to wait up for the entire group to get in
5) No dish washer tablets, only 2 bin bags for entire rubbish

Location, beds are quite comfy.
States online there is a balcony/patio, there isn’t one. The place wasn’t clean at all including lipstick on glasses, a full bin from the last customers, the oven was disgusting, there were hairs in the showers and it smelt as soon as you walked through the door. The host did offer to send house keeping round whilst we were there but this would have been an inconvenience and interrupted our holiday, this should’ve been done to a good standard before our arrival. When I messaged the host on the evening to inform them of all of this, they were very abrupt and rude and didn’t once apologise for the property not being clean.

Lovely stay in a great property and location.
The property was lovely and in a great location. Very clean and was like the pictures.
Not enough utensils to cook with and not enough toilet roll was provided for the amount of people staying (we had to ask for more and then buy some additional).
There is also a club underneath / next door which was fine for a group of girls who were out / up late, but wouldn’t be ideal for a family of young children.

It was a brilliant space for our group, as there was 13 of us, and it was in such a great location, we couldn’t of asked for more
Nothing major at all, only one key so it was a bit of a faff when some of us wanted to go out to different places at different times.
And, in the bedroom on the main floor, a curtain would be good over the fire exit door as the light from a property over the way was really bright it lit up the room.

On arrival there was no heating on in the property and windows were open leaving the apartment very cold as we stayed in January. The host was notified of this and apologised. There was a few damages already to the apartment which we notified the host of, overall the apartment could do with a fair bit of maintenance work. We stayed on a weekend and the music from the bar below the apartment is very loud. This went on till 2am on the Friday and did disturb some of the groups sleep. Luckily this wasn’t so much of an issue for us over the weekend as we were here to enjoy the nightlife.

when we arrived we noticed straight away, there was a broken kitchen tap, the first floor bedroom door handle was broke, there was a whole in the kitchen floor, a hole in by the kitchen door , two of the boys were in a bed in the first floor , first bed to your right and the beam above was leaking all night onto them while they sleeping!
