Really nice apartment, spacious, clean and easy to access. Great location too and a responsive hose.

No fault of the Landlord but due to a nearby fire we could not enter the building for c.24 hrs. Could also do with a toaster!

The accommodation was spacious and well laid out, with two bedrooms, one of which had an en-suite bathroom. It also had a good-sized kitchen, comfortable living area, and a balcony with lovely views overlooking Manchester. The location was excellent, just a ten-minute walk from Oxford Road train station. There were plenty of attractions and amenities within walking distance, including Chinatown and the Gay Village, and Piccadilly was only one train stop away. Overall, it was a great base for exploring the city.

There were a few issues that, if addressed, would have improved our stay. On the first night there was no hot water, and throughout the rest of our stay it only became lukewarm. There was no kettle provided in the kitchen, so we had to boil water in a pan. The fridge also had an unpleasant smell. In the bathroom, there was no toilet roll holder, and the toilet rolls were stored on a high shelf behind the toilet, which was inconvenient. Additionally, there was no light bulb in the room where the washing machine was located. These are relatively minor issues, but resolving them would make the accommodation much more comfortable for future guests.
