High Rise Apartment in City Centre with Stunning Views

Location & view. Funky building and apartment. Good bath/shower facilities. Excellent fridge-freezer. Very clean & tidy. Both TVs smart & very good.

Noise from road below even though we were on floor 22. Not a sofa bed but a camp bed. Only 3 table chairs even though flat is for 5 people. Mismatched and not enough crockery & glassware. No dishwasher tablets. No hand towels.

This property is beautiful. Lovely views, nice and big, and very clean. The kitchen and lounge area is so cute.

We did like the building and the apartment in general, easy checked in and we liked the view.

What we didn’t like was the lack of basic hospitality on arrival. After a long journey, the first thing you expect is at least a cup of tea or coffee, but there was nothing provided. I had to drive to a supermarket, which took about an hour round trip. The bed sheets were creased, felt cheap, and looked as though they may have already been used. While the kitchen was clean and nicely presented, it wasn’t well-equipped for a family. The crockery was of poor quality, the fridge wasn’t working, and although there was a dishwasher, no washing tablets were provided. The most disappointing part of our stay was the stress caused by the person we communicated with. The tone of the instructions and rules felt more like orders, which made us uncomfortable both before and during the stay. It didn’t create a welcoming atmosphere, and we didn’t feel at ease.
