Enjoyable stay with friends and family.
Spacious. Beds are very comfortable. Host was friendly. Hot tub was clean and well maintained. WiFi was fantastic. Good size TV's. Basic essentials were provided.
Fridge does not work, and very dirty oven on arrival. Impossible to visit the w/c in the night without waking everybody up as floors squeak loudly with every step. Mould on bathroom ceiling. Considering there is a hot tub, there was a lack of towels which are also very small. 10am Check out is a real rush.

The fridge wasn't working when we arrived but we didn't realise until the following morning when the milk had gone off. When only stayed for three nights and had to store fridge-items outside the back door! We had to move the bed in the master bedroom to find the plug for the bedside lights.

Good, fairly central location. Clean property with comfortable beds. Good communication with hosts.
The check in at 3pm and check out at 10am the next morning felt very rushed.

All the rooms were tidy, instructions for check-in and stay very clear and convenient, and all the beds were very comfortable. The house is at a very convenient location, not far from the Manchester city centre.
