Perfect house for larger groups heading into Manchester

Great stay in a spacious clean apartment close to the city centre.

The apartment was beautiful and clean had all the amenities we needed and was close enough to walk to city centre without it being on a super busy road.

Location - for us was good.

The bathrooms needed a bit of tlc No mirror above the sink. Cracked tile.

Some issues were present

The location is very good. The beds are comfortable.

The place had mould... The carpets were not clean - our socks were quickly dirty after walking without the shoes on. We had an issue turning on the heating and reached out to the owner, but they only responded to us when we already left the house the next day. There was also no fire alarm, which is unsafe.

The location was amazing, the property had a parking spot which was very helpful for us. Very clean and easy to access. Walking distance from the center as well.

Pleasant stay in Manchester.

The location is extremely convenient. Close to public transport shops and the major road networks as well as the town centre. Nice quiet residential area as well. Peaceful even though it's central. Overall everything was good. The host is very caring and always there for advice and responds immediately. You can tell he is very engaged and serious about his business and takes care of his customers. The mattresses on the beds were especially comfortable. Also there is a very lovely park nearby called Alexandra I think. Wonderful place for a gentle stroll. Well maintained which is rare nowadays.

The property I am sure is popular and with that comes some degree of wear and tear. Maybe a change of carpets and a paint job will go a long way in restoring it back to it's prime. Everything was presentable but a thorough TLC is needed at this point to bring out the best in the property.

The place was very spacious and tidy. Amenities provided were good. It was nicely decorated and for the price and the location I think it was fantastic and would definitely stay here again.

There was a little bit of mold in the on-suite bathroom above the shower which made the room smell a little but wasn’t too bad and the beds were very very firm which I might have not been a fan of because I am pregnant but overall this didn’t take away from the enjoyment of the place.

The perfect little escape!

Great location! Was perfect for a good weekend away in Manchester. The host was very friendly and always quick to reply when messaged. If you're looking for a night or a long weekend, this is definitely the place for you! Close enough to the centre and other places but far enough out that its in a nice and quiet neighbourhood!

The only feedback I would provide would be that there didn't seem to be many plug sockets so with us being a group of 6 it was a slight inconvenience that we had to plug and unplug to be able to charge phones, hairdryers, straighteners etc. The house seemed in-between modern/being updated but it wasn't anything that affected the weekend, it was still the perfect house for us 🙂 hopefully this isn't taken as a negative, just something that could be taken into the future!

3 night stay, basic but convenient location and good for the price

Easy to find and check in. Convenient having parking included with the gated car park nearby and easy to walk/cycle/drive into town. Showers were easy to use, with nice hot water. I was grateful there were fans in the room as it was hot while we were there. They kindly provided a travel cot on request (although it was moses basket size so my 7 month baby didnt fit in it). Cheap for the number of beds in that location.

Very basic facilities. We couldn't find a tea towel, although luckily had brought one and there weren't enough spoons, glasses or chairs in the kitchen but we made do. Garden was unkempt with cigarette butts so we didn't use it.

The rooms were really comfortable, check-in was easy and convenient.

No instructions for the heating, it was really cold when we arrived as the heating was turned off. It took quite a while until it got warm.
