Horrible experience from start to end.

Good location - probably about it.

Where do I start? Firstly we booked the accommodation for 7 people (as it sleeps 8) but upon arrival we realised it can sleep no more than 5 people. There are 2 double bedrooms, the sofa bed sleeps 1. There are no extra beds or blow up beds on the property. Be warned if you’re a bigger party. Second, we utilised the washing machine but when we came back to the property the whole place was flooded. We had to use all of our towels to mop it up & when we contacted the host they tried to blame us and say we had opened the washing machine during the spin (not sure how - everyone knows they’re locked) and that they would inspect upon checkout. CHECKOUT? We had no towels and a flooded kitchen & living room & disabled guests who could have slipped & seriously injured themselves. We had to push to get a response from them and finally they sent a plumber who said that a screw was loose which made the pipe come off the washing machine. We never heard from them again - no follow up, no fresh towels & still left to mop up the entire apartment. Third, the property had not been maintained/cleaned in a while by the looks of it - there was little bits of food in the corners of the room & under the sofa, the wardrobe doors were hanging off, the curtains were dirty & inside out - just a general lack of TLC. They still haven’t returned our security deposit despite the horrific experience (I guess they used this to pay for their plumber despite it being their own problem). I would certainly avoid this property again and urge others to avoid it too.

Nice apartment but not perfect

Great location, large apartment.

Beds were not the best, we had to have the maintenence man in to repair damages from previous tenants to the table, this should really have been done before we checked in. And to arrive at 6pm right when we wanted to relax and use table was an inconvenience. Outside area was nice but a few of the neighbours obviously enjoy a joint or 2 so sitting outside was accompanied by some funky odors. ( of course nothing the owners can do about this)

Very disappointing 😞

The location was brilliant for the centre!

There was stains all over the sofa bed so 2 of the 6 guests did not stay at the property. The property was dusty and not been cleaned properly. There wasn't enough cutlery or chairs for 4 guests never mind 6 to eat and the fans did not work so the property smelt of cooking all weekend. Most door handles did not work or were broken amd pictures were laid on the floor that had fallen. One of the beds were broken so the mattress was sunken. After contacting the owner I was ignored with the complaints and concerns I had a feel it was very disappointing for my husbands 40th birthday.

Great flat fab location.

Great location. Served its purpose. The pool table is a great addition 👌 The flat is a good size but would benefit from curtains that fit the window in the lounge. Also the bed in the room nearest the door needs to be looked at as my friend was rolling off the bed and had a terrible night's sleep. Boyh rooms have ensuite which is great. Overall a lovely place to stay and at a good price.

The apartment itself was practical and served us for what we needed

The apartment hadn't been cleaned properly. We ended up having to clean it ourselves and left it cleaner than when we arrived. The £150 deposit also hasn't been given back to us yet

I would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a cheap and good value for money place in Manchester

Setup and layout of the apartment is perfect, big balcony for outside usage is ideal in nice weather - cooking/kitchen appliances are more than sufficient!

Lift was out of service but that’s not the apartments fault, room was situated on the first floor so no big issue there

Blood, dirty lien and snails in the kitchen

Nothing at all

Soon as we walked in cigarette smells we are smoke free family. Snail going across the kitchen worktop, blood stains on the ensuite floor, dirty stained bed sheets and pillow cases, dust everywhere, dirty and stained sofa, doors and walls dirty, wobbly toilet seats.

Lovely venue, but repairs let the place down.

It was big, modern and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for town & we had a lovely weekend. The Tesco express below was very handy!

It was advertised as an 8 bed with two double beds and two sofa beds. This was incorrect it was two double beds one sofa bed and air beds. Therefore only sleeping 6 comfortably. One air bed went down the first night within the hour, was told to use a different one and that also went down. The wardrobes were off the rails so unusable, the toilet seats were disconnected so slid of each time you sat down and there was first laundry in the washing machine. I messaged the owner as I didn’t want her to think we had caused this and she said she was aware of everything but it had not been sorted before our arrival?

Not luxury but conveniently located

Location to city, security and apartment style. Available parking at back.

Not a luxury apartment. Inside main door handle fell off, most doors didnt have lock parts, not enough plates, glasses, cutlery and curtains didn't fit window in bedroom. No hooks for hanging towels or toilet roll holders. Sofa had large stain on seat. Needs bringing back up to decent standard.

Excellent and good value for money

The location was excellent was quite but near town. The decor was really nice and Modern. The outside area really made it and made nicer as was such a lovely day. We stayed for two days for my birthday. Very good value for money. Would definitely stay again. There is parking right across from the apartments at £7 per night.

Las camas eran incómodas, el sofá-cama estaba sucio y no habian sabanas para dormir encima. La tapa del WC estaba rota. La terraza llena de colillas en el suelo. Las puertas de los armarios estaban rotas. No habian toallas cuando hicimos el check in aunque nos las dieron mas tarde. Por la mañana temprano, alguien de mantenimiento del edificio nos despertó porque tenían que arreglar algo del marco de la puerta de entrada de la habitación.
